Annual Maintenance Contract for drinking Water Purifiers of Aquaguard

Maintenance & repair works of Aquaguard Pro Pure Chill 80 SS UV Water Purifiers, with unlimited breakdown/service calls, 24×7 complaint registration and service support, including quarterly mandatory preventive maintenance service, supply & replacement of the following spares with new ones as below: (1) Pre-Filter: Two filters (OEM) per machine - once in every quarter (2) Sediment Filter: One filter (OEM) per machine - once in two quarters (3) Carbon Filter: One filter (OEM) per machine - once in two quarters. Scope and Unit Rate also includes - (i) Cost for supply & replacement of all damaged parts, rusted parts, non-working electrical, electronic & mechanical components like: UV Lamp, Compressor, PCB, Solenoid Valve, Motors, Pumps, Storing vessel, pre-filter casing - all with genuine OEM's new equipment / spare parts and all components installed in the machine free of cost, except in case of physical damage caused by the user or in any Force Majeure events applicable as per BHEL Policy; (ii) Cost for supply & replacement of all required consumables & spares free of cost based on the complaints received. (iii) Cost for cleaning of water tanks along with mandatory maintenance and / or as & when complaints are received (iv) Cost for loading, transportation, unloading, handling, manpower etc. (v) Attending free of cost servicing of the machines for unlimited number of times including replacement of required consumables & spares free of cost based on the complaints received. (vi) Cost for shifting of machine(s) from one location to another as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Any damage caused to the machine or its parts including providing required additional spares at new location is in Contractor scope. However, depending on availability, vehicle will be arranged by BHEL dree of cost. (vii) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM): Eureka Forbes (Aquaguard) - complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. One Operation means: Maintaining one machine in all respetcs in a period of one quarter.
