Material and labour for detection of fault in HT line 11 KV , 95 Sqmm 3 core HT cable with the help of special T & P ( HT Fault Locator Machine etc) and marking the fault location complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Cost of T & P of machine shall deemed to be incl in Quoted rate.

Material and labour for rectification of fault in HT line 11 KV by manual excavation of faulty HT cable safely and joining of HT cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 core upto 7 RM with the help of two straight through cold shrink joint and returning filling the same after relaying of HV cover, sand cushionong complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Rate of Earthwork, Cable jointing Kit, sand cushionoing and HT cable shall deemed to be incl in quoted rate.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for Outdoor termination Cold Shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for straight through Cold Shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50mbracings supports etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling and taking down ACSR conductor complete all as specified. Note :- Dismantling of MS work and insulators shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling and removing of old HT Pole complete alongwith removing PCC debris from the pole and cleaning and deposit to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for the following types of poles

Concrete/PCCpoles incl all Spl T &P like crane, JCB etc

Steel Tubular Poles incl all Spl T &P like crane, JCB etc

Dismantling and taking down insulator any type, any size complete all as specified

Dismantling and taking down Stay Assy complete all as specified.

Supply and Laying in trenches GI tubing light grade 100 mm bore protection of cable under road/ drain/ paving/ hard standing, pole.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping/benching including wheathing slightly chamfered on edge and finishes exposed surfaces even smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed at site.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation of pole/ Paving/drain etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking down 11KV/433 volts unserviceable transformer of capacity upto 100 KVA from two pole structure (From Mily Station Gandhinagar) and transport to civil workshop including opening and dismantling for rewinding / repairing etc and reassemble after repair and reinstall at same location including replacement of unserviceable nuts, bolts and washers, etc and connecting, testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to include for cost of crane for taking down transformer and cost of transportation of transformer to workshop and vice versa including all arrangement. (ii) Cost of HT / LT winding and other connected spare parts for repair will be measured & paid separately under respective items of schedule.

Supply and fixing, in repair, LT bush insulator suitable for 500/400/315/250/100/63 KVA capacity of transformer.

Supply and fixing, in repair, LT bush (rod) spindle of brass complete with washer and nut suitable for existing size and lengths of 500/400/315/250/100/63 KVA capacity of transformer complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, in repair, HT bush insulator of 11 KV rating for outdoor transformer suitable for 500/400/315/250/100/63 KVA capacity transformer complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, in repair, HT bush (rod) spindle made out of brass with nut, bolts and washers suitable for 500/400/315/250/100/63 KVA capacity transformer, complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, in repair, rubber gasket set 6mm thick for transformer incl top cover gasket of capacity upto 400 KVA complete all as per specified and directed.

Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil of the transformer mounted on floor/ on poles using filtration plant. The process of dehydration and filtration shall be continuous till the dielectric strength does not achieved 50 KV. Note: Contractor shall arrange filtration/dehydration machine and other required T&P at site.

Supply & topping up transformer oil in existing transformer, the di-electric strength not less than 50 KV all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for horizontal boring by using the trenchless technology under the road at least 60 Cm below road top, in any type of soil for insertion of GI pipe of 100 mm bore.

Servicing and overhauling of 11 KV VCB by cleaning and lubrication mechanism, panel checking & cleaning of fix and movable contact including checking of CT ratio and breaker tripping by primary injection and calibration of relay and setting of 11KV HT VCB, relay testing control & power circuit with IR testing report as per required operation all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fix in repair Transformer accessories such as Horngap, breather assembly with Silica gel, Conservater Tank level indiactor, rubber gaskets etc incl fixing of leakages by fabrication and welding complete all as specified and directed
