Supply of DOW CORNING 111 Silicon Compound (standard pack of 100gms) for saunders valve.

Supply of “¼” NPT(F) Quick exhaust valve along with one spare Diaphragm for saunders valve

Supply of M12 hexagonal Bolt and nut, 48mm length half threaded with both side washers for sunders valve.

Supply of M12 hexagonal Bolt and nut, 68mm length half threaded with both side washers for sunders valve.

Supply of M12 hexagonal Bolt and nut, 62mm length half threaded with both side washers for sunders valve.

Servicing/Maintenance/Overhauling of Spring to Close/ Spring to Open air operated Saunders Weir Type “A” Diaphragm Valve actuator, Line size up to 2.5”. Jobs involved: Actuators removal from line, dismantling, cleaning, inspection, Replacement of Diaphragm and “O” rings, repairing / replacement of other components if required. Actuator internals painting with primer (chlorinated), actuator outside painting with paint (chlorinated), testing, operation and checking. Tag number of valve using paint. Required tools tackles , scaffolding, Paints / primers (Burger / Asian) and other required consumables / cleaning materials like brushes, cotton waste , emery cloth, kerosene/ diesel etc shall be in the scope of vendor. Actuator diaphragm, Elastomers, Fasteners and damaged components shall be supplied by HWPK free of cost.
