Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (such as copings, bands of any type, roof padding, kerbs etc overall thickness and removing the dust debris etc to a distance not exc 250 meter from site and disposing the same complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete etc., to make up undulations as in levelling course over roof with rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roofs in the following stages - (i) M&L Rendering 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixing with integral water proofing liquid (as per manufacturer's instructions) over concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including preparing of surface throughly by cleaning washing and removing dust, dirt, oil, grease, any loose particle etc, on existing concrete surface complete all as specified. Note : (WPC shell be measured separately and paid for under respective item of schedule). (ii) First coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS 3384 @0.300 Kg/ Sqm over plastered surafces (iii) Second layer of 3.0 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane with centre core of Single non woven polyster reinforcement and having weight not less than 3.6 Kg/ Sqm with mineral gravel finish on top complete laid with blown type bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing Liquid ISI Marked.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level including floor finishes and removing debris from the site all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling glazed tiles/ kota stone/ terrazzo tiles any type as in dado/ skirting etc; including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ) complete all as specifide.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors/ levelling course to floors/ sub base under floors finished rough and prepared to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles of approved shade and pattern, 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles of approved shade and pattern, 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) as in skirting / dado, cut out of ceramic tiles of size exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, (matching with floor tile of the same room) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of approved shade and pattern, 7 to 8 mm thick , area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm laid in floor, set and jointe (square/ rectangular) in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of approved shade and pattern of size 350x 250x7mm/ 450X350X7mm/ 300X450X7 to 8mm thick or any other nearer size as approved by Engineer incharge in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 16 -18mm thick granite (black colour) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, shelves, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms (vertical/ horizontal) including moulding to edge (half round) of stone of any description and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying full body vitrified 300x1200x15 mm thick step tiles with self embossed treated lines/ grooves for antiskid surface including bull nosed edge laying over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, 50 mm thick, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement including provision of construction joints complete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floor, sub bases, floor and paving etc; complete all as specified.

M&L for 60mm thick factory made pre cast cement concrete rubber moulded laquer finish using chemical and admixure inter locking tiles having compressive strength not less than 350 kg/ Sqcm, of shape and colour as approved by GE , laid over 25mm thick compacted approved sand cushioned surface, joints filled by fine sand and compacting the top surfaces of paver blocks after laid etc of approved make all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made precast cement concrete solid blocks M-30 Grade, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerb stones of any size (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) set in cement mortar 1:4 for path edgings etc; embedded in position including all necessary excavation, tamping ground arround blocks and removal of rubbish/ surplus soil etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs or benching etc including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Demolition of stone/ brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work, serviceable stone aside for reuse and removing unserviceable material in low laying area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling jodhpur type, brought upto course,well bonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

-ditto- all as per above item but, except stone complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete block masonary 1:3:6 with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Extra over for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling,Jodhpur type, brought upto courses all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Racking out joints/pointing to square rubble masonry Jodhpur type regular coursed built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering / plastering in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering/ plastering in CM 1:4 on stone masonary surfaces or other than fair face of stone work or on one side of lathing finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on ceiling surfaces finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Gypsum board 12mm thick in ceilling fixed with screw as per manufacturer's instructions, plain/ colour fixed with steel snap grid (powder coated bottom side) with 'T' and 'L' (25mmx30mmx1mm thick) section of size 600mm x 600mm placed in ceiling 'L' section fixed with wall with PVC rawal plugs and steel screws @ 600mm centre to center and suspended/ provided 5.0 mm dia galvanised bars @ 1.00 sqm hanging arrangements and levels including adjustable clips, complete all as specified in clause 10.38 of MES Schedule Part-1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. (Note:- If any minor electricial fittings and fixtures disturbed their-in will be match and fixed as per existing.)

Hollow PVC wall lining interlocking type 7mm thick plain/ coloured, fitted into the wall with PVC rawal plugs and steel screws including fillets on joints as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note:- If any minor electricial fittings and fixtures disturbed their-in will be match and fixed as existing.)

Dismantling cast iron work of any description and in any position complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frames of any description exc 1.5 Sqm and n.exc. 4.00 Sqm each (without taking off shutter from the frames) including cutting hole to size to receive fresh PCC / block for inserting hold fast and making good the disturbed surface with PCC 1:2:4 or CM 1:3 as required at site after insertion of hold fast complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames of any description n.exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutter from the frames) including cutting hole to size to receive fresh PCC / block for inserting hold fast and making good the disturbed surface with PCC 1:2:4 or CM 1:3 as required at site after insertion of hold fast complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fabrication of aluminium powder coated framed work for doors/ partitions with shutters any pattern (side hung /hinged, interior/ exterior sliding, pivot sliding, folding and biverso flush) with one or more rebates, aluminium sections of approved make, including required jointing cleat for fixing of handles, tower bolt and provision for fixing of glazing/ panelling boards/ glass etc; complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Floor spring/ door closer, glazing/ panelling shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for fabrication of aluminium powder coated framed work for windows with shutters, any pattern (side hung/ hinged, interior/ exterior sliding, pivot sliding, folding and biverso flush) with one or more rebates,aluminium sections of approved make, fabricated with anodized aluminium rectangular section in frame & with deco grill of approved design with or with out sash bars, including jointing cleat for fixing of handles, tower bolts and provision for fixing of glazing/ panelling, aluminium snap beading, boards/ glass etc; complete all as specified and directed. Note :- glazing shall be measured and paid separatly

M&L for fabrication of aluminium powder coated ventilators (with louvered) fabricated with anodized aluminium rectangular section in frame & with deco grill of approved design & stainless steel wire cloth on the outer side of frame & trade pattern louvers with suitable mechanism for tilting /opening closing etc all as per sample kept in GE office & fixed in position complete all as directed. (Note : Glass pane in louvers & stainless steel wire cloth shall be measured & paid separately)

S&F of 4.8mm thick frosted sheet glass panes of size not. exceeding 0.5 sqm each pane fixed with oil putty/ aluminium snap beading etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for carrying out treatment for RCC Chajja’s, Ceilling, facia etc; in the following stages :- (i) Dismantling and removing damaged core concrete by manually/ mechanically means in columns, beam, roof slab, chajja, lintels, etc complete including disposal of unserviceable debris. (ii) Diamond wire saw cutting making profile at edges and avoiding feather edges.(iii) Hydro-demolition cutting / cleaning with high-pressure water jetting (iv) Chipping of loose concrete from surface to expose sound concrete beneath using light chisel, hammer & also preparing concrete surface to receive further treatment, disposing the unserviceable debris (v) Sand blasting for cleaning of reinforcement and chipped surface of concrete so as to cause an intense abrading of the reinforcement and removal of rust from entire surface of reinforcement to achieve shining bright surface (vi) Cleaning reinforcement of total rust by tapping or using wire brush or any other suitable way including from behind and around the reinforcement bars to give it a totally rust free finished steel surface (vii) Providing and applying approved chemical rust remover with paint brush on corroded rebar and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application and washed with sufficient quantity of water to make rebar free from corrosion (Dr. Fixit Rust Remover/equivalent), (viii)Surface preparation to remove all dust, dirt, loose rust scales etc., with wire brush, emery papers, rotary wire bristle brushes and grinding (if required) to the concrete surfaces to receive further repair treatment .(ix) Providing & fixing new reinforcement of various diameters as required at site in the form of mild steel and /or steel confirming to IS and lapping, welding, anchoring suitable to the old reinforcement including cutting, bending with all tools & tackles etc; (x) Providing and fixing GI weld mesh (1” x 1” x 12 gauge) with 30 cm lap at junction, one layer around the cross section of beams/ slab and along the span length. (xi) Providing and applying approved epoxy zinc rich anti-corrosive coating of 40 micron dry film thick/approved thickness of Dr. Fixit Zinc Rich Primer/ equivalent to the exposed reinforcing bars after application of rust remover, on the shear connectors/welded mesh/additional reinforcement of entire concrete repair surface. (xii) Dubbing out PMC 20mm thick (average thickness),(Polymer modified mortar/concrete) on uneven/ irregular surface such as walls / ceiling / chajjas etc. (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including 10mm thick PMM plaster in CM 1:3 ratio (Polymer modified mortar) on concrete surface (when concrete is green) ,(using Polymer modified 20% by weight of cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolation precast cement concrete louvres/ jalies any type and any thickness including all types of mouldings etc set in cement mortar complete all as specified.

Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mould-ings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measured separately and paid for under respective item) and Set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in precast frame for fixing of RCC louvers & Jallies (measured solid), including all mouldings of shape & design/ pattern as approved exceeding 60cm long but not exceeding 90 cm long each and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as psecified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise described for (such as in bed, haunching & packing of sewer lines, benching of manholes, copings etc.) complete all as directed and removal of debris outside the premises.

Demolition by breaking up drain pipes salt glazed stone ware pipe, AC, Reinforced concrete etc; any type of 150mm internal dia of pipe and jointed in cement mortar and taking out of root trenches removing the debries from site complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, of 150mm bore, class NP2, laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar as specified complete with collars complete all as specified.
