Routine/Breakdown/Preventive and Emergency Maintenance works of 6.6kV HT switchgear and HT motors and 11kV Colony and other outline switchgears and accessories of U-5 to 8 for a period of one year at RTPS

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor, at least one similar work such as experience in executing 6.6kV HT Motor Overhauling /Breakdown and Periodical maintenance works of both horizontal and vertical mounting type HT motors of capacity of minimum 1325kW of value not less than Rs. 24.97 Lakhs in the last five years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26) in any Thermal power stations. As a proof of this, the bidder should upload a single work order and corresponding work done certificate issued by the Competent Authority (Work done of previous years shall be given weight at 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year).

The Intending Bidder should be a Class-I or above electrical contractor. As a proof of this, valid Electrical license issued by Competent Authority of Govt. of Karnataka shall be uploaded

The intending bidder in his name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 49.94 Lakhs in at least two financial years during the last five years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 ad 2025-26). As a proof of this, the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Profit and Loss account or turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered Accountant. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weight of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of financial year 2026-27).
