Restoration to various residential qtrs under Brock Hurst Shimla.SH Construction of Retaining wall at RD 0.600 to 0.605 0.090 to 0.095 in Brock hurst to Vikasnagar road Under PDNA.

Excavation in soil in hilly area by mechanical means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with a lift upto 1.5 mtrs. And a lead upto 20 mtrs as per technical specifications clause 1603.1 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material through all modes of transpotation within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. a) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder,railings, brackets, gates and similar works .

Random rubble masonry / polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed / brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand) in breast walls and retaining walls.Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 in Granular materials including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing weap holes in Brick Masonary/Stone masonary, plain/reinforced concrete abutment,wing wall with 110mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete.

Painting two coats(excluding coat) on new steel surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt,dust and other foreign matter,sand papering & stoping including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts

Disposal of Muck Excavated earth/Removal of slipes/ Malwa/Similar unserviceable, dismantle or waste materials by mechanical transport, including loading unloading& Disposal upto all leads and lifts including arranging the dumping sites at its own cost and taxes etc. the payment shall be made at dumping site by contractor for dumping site arranged by contractor at private properrty as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
