Tube Well (Discharge 5000 GPH): Deep Drilling of Tube well by direct rotary/dual rotary / reverse rotary method with safe discharge not less than 5000 GPH along with clearance of site by way of bush cutting, making approach road , shiting of machinery, tools and tackle all material prepration of site, proper drilling of gravel packed bore 530 mm dia for lowering of linear assembly and strainer pipes of 300/250/200 mm dia in all types of strata and conditions upto required depth (minimum 200 mtr or technically feasible depth) for acquiring desired discharge incl. cost of blind pipe & Strainer pipe, development of bore by air compressor of adequate capacity and Stablization and testing of bore well by way of VT/Submersible pump set as per IS Code Part -I 2800 of 1992 & IS -800 Part-II of 1979 with upto date amendents pump set to give clear potable water having discharge as per specifications is yielded. (incl. cost of ERW MS casing Pipes 300/250/200 mm dia, slotting of ERW MS casing pipes 300/250/200 mm dia, Fabrication, Providing and fitting of steel supporting clamps.

Mechanical Works: Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning 02 No. submersibler pump set of parameters 5000 GPH x 100 mtr head ( 01 No. working + 01 No. standby) with 01 no. fully automatic LT control panel for submersible motor with 2 outgoing circuits (01 no. working + 01 no. standby).The column pipes should be of MS pipes of standard make of suitable dia , electric cables / items should be of of any make as per Bureau of Indian Standard , 01 No. servo voltage stablizer 63 KVA (ISI Marked make) and creation/erection 100 KVA (Level 2) eletcric sub-staion from existing HT source to proposed site ,erection/ creation of electric operated chain pully of 5.00 ton capacity at proposed tube-well site .Complete job with allied works

Pump Room Building (Size 8.00 x 3.80 x 3.65 M) Design, drawing and construction of Pump Room Building covering design for permissible seismic effects (size 8.00 m x 3.80m , height 3.65 mtr) with mass concrete in foundation, brick walls and RCC roofings along with insulated floor mating, painting & writings, electric fittings, steel girders, drainage, Plumbing, sanitation and water supply including attached toilet with septic tank and soakage pit.

OHT (capacity 0.50 lacs Glns) Design, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of RCC OHT with architectural features of 0.50 lakhs gallons capacity with single compartment and 17.00 meters staging height supported on rectangular/ square columns only on "Turn Key Basis" at Lower Birpur (Teli Basti) under WSS Lower Birpur (Teli Basti) including providing and fixing of D.I pipeline fittings for inlet, outlet Scour and overflow delivering upto disposal point & providing and fixing of all accessories such as lightening arrestor, water level indicator, R.C.C. stairs from ground level to top landing along outside columns, RCC Ladder from Top Landing to Gallery, RCC Steps along the tank from Gallery to Top Dome, side steel railing upto dome of OHT with stairs within the reservoir upto the bed from the manhole of the tank, gallery to top of dome and inside the tank with side steel railing, ventilating cowls valve pit with proper flooring cover, manhole covers with frame and M.S. railing for stairs and at root flooring, vertical D.I. pipelines and standard D.I. pipe fitting etc. all complete. The top water container should be preferably cylindrical in shape, shaft for support shall not be permitted. The foundation, columns bearing etc. shall be designed and constructed so as to have a provision for the construction of a single storey building between the G.L. bracing and first bracing with RCC roof slab and bricks walls for store accommodation. The Position of the bracing shall be so fixed that the height of floor is approximately 3.50 M and the top of ground level bracing is 0.60 M above general ground level to provide for plinth. Bearing capacity of soil shall be conducted by the contractor and approved from Chief Engineer Design, Inspection & Quality Control (DIQC) Department Jammu at his own cost and nothing extra shall be paid to him for the same ( Using M-30 design mix concrete)

Pipe Works: Providing, Laying & fitting of G.I pipes( of any make as per Bureau of Indian Standard) for Rising main and Distribution system including clearance of site, earth work in excavation as per perscribed trenches and available classfiications of soil complete with cost & fixing of all required fittings / specials/ Gate Valves/Sluivce Valves/ Check Valves (ISI marked branded make ) along with allied accessories, Construction of required valve pits/mainfolds, making connections and interconnections, fabrication /welding of joints weherever required, cutting/ crossing of roads / berm surfaces, lanes and drains including restoration of same after laying of pipes .Refilling of earth back in trenches including disposal of surplus earth/mulba to designated place and carriages of all sorts complete with testing & commissioning (complete Job/rm).
