Lowering / Refitting

OD55078/2022-2023: Lowering down and erecting 5 HP motor/vacuum motor pump set, starter and other electrical accessories,( Accessories when necessary ) and erecting the motor on the base plate coupling with pump, erecting the starter regulator TP switch etc in position giving connections checking correct alignment and trial run on full load

OD55080/2022-2023: Lowering down and erecting 40 HP motor, starter and other electrical accessories,( Accessories when necessary ) and erecting the motor on the base plate coupling with pump, erecting the starter regulator TP switch etc in position giving connections checking correct alignment and trial run on full load

OD55082/2022-2023: Lowering down and erecting 60 HP motor, starter and other electrical accessories,( Accessories when necessary ) and erecting the motor on the base plate coupling with pump, erecting the starter regulator TP switch etc in position giving connections checking correct alignment and trial run on full load

OD55103/2022-2023:Supply and renewal of Multifunction meter to read: V, A, F, 3 phase accuracy class 1 in panel board after dismantling the damaged one, L&T or Equivalent make.

OD55104/2022-2023:Supply and filling of transformer oil of good quality to the Transformer /starter/ regulator etc as required

OD55105/2022-2023: Supply and renewal of the LED Indication lamps in panel board after dismantling the damaged one

OD55106/2022-2023:Supply and Installing 20 W LED Tube light.

OD55107/2022-2023:Supply and renewal of Three Phase digital Ammeter accuracy class 1 in panel board after dismantling the damaged one, L&T or equivalent make.

OD55108/2022-2023:Supply and renewal of Three Phase Digital Voltmeter accuracy class 1 in panel board after dismantling the damaged one, L&T or Equivalent make.

90.3.18.1:Supply, fabrication, conveyance and fixing the following sizes of B class GI pipe bent to shape / cut and welded to shape and fixing the same to wall / parapet using clamps as noted along with each size, painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer, making good the damages, colour washing etc as required.25 mm dia with HG company fabricated clamps

OD245594/2022-2023:Replacing the damaged bearing, supply and fixing new industrial type ball bearing 6316 2Z C3, SKF / FAG or equivalent, suitable for 60 HP motor / pump set as per the direction of Departmental staff at site.

Periodical Maintenance

OD55110/2022-2023:Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 5 HP Vacuum motor pump set , D.O.L starter ,controlling electrical accessories , etc complete for a period of 12 months including attending all repairs , reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , dismantling and refitting , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling of pump,maintaince of the motor pump sets , pipes , starter and valves electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition(excluding motor rewinding)all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed

OD55111/2022-2023: Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 40 HP Slip ring induction motor with split case / End suction pump set , starter, controlling electrical accessories , panel board, etc complete for a period of 12 months including attending all repairs ,overhauling & reconditioning of starter and slip ring unit, replacing of damaged coupling bush, carbon brush and coupling bolts, refilling of oil, reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling of pump and starter ( excluding motor rewinding ) and maintain the motor pump sets starter , electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed .

OD55115/2022-2023: Lifting the 5 HP motor after disconnecting the wire connection, decoupling the pump, detaching from the base plate, starters, TP switches etc. using chain block, rope, chain etc. and placing them conveniently on the platform.

OD55116/2022-2023: Lifting the 40 HP motor after disconnecting the wire connection, decoupling the pump, detaching from the base plate, starters, TP switches etc. using chain block, rope, chain etc. and placing them conveniently on the platform.

OD55117/2022-2023: Lifting the 60 HP motor after disconnecting the wire connection, decoupling the pump, detaching from the base plate, starters, TP switches etc. using chain block, rope, chain etc. and placing them conveniently on the platform.
