Excavation in foundation, trenches in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting soft/ hard rock or chiselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited i/c shoring /strutting , planking & timbering wherever required, stacking the excavated soil within a lead of 15 meters and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when requaired into plinth, sides of foundation & trenches etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge in:- (Pick Jumper work 50-50% )

Providing, Laying, jointing and testing of MSERW Pipe (bevelled edge flanged/Butt welded pipes having MS flanges @ 10% of toal length and Butt weld @ 90%) bevelled edged conforming to ISO:3183-2007 of following mentoned grade, diameter and wall thickness in trenches having random lengths of 5-7 mtrs including cost of fabrication of minimum 3 cut bends of required degree. The pipe shall have inside & out side Galvanisation at manufacturer work conforming to IS:4736 (with upto date ammendments). minimum wall thickness as specified below jointed with flanges conforming to table as specified below of IS 6392-1971 (latest with upto date ammendments )welded at both ends according to relevant IS standard and detailed specifications and provided with nuts and bolts of required size,3mm thick compressed asbestos fiber gasket or synthetic rubber gasket conforming to relevant IS codes including all short pieces,bends tees,and other specials extra made from parent tubes and welded with flanges of tables as applicable to the particular reach and of approved specifications as per site condition including flushing,cleaning,painting and hydraulic testing complete. The pipes and specials shall have galvanised coating as per ISW-4736 with latest ammendments (earth work in trenches, flanged joints and Butt welded joints except in bends to be measured and paid for seprately) .at following RDs.

Providing and welding MS flanges (@ 10% of toal Joints) conforming to following tables as per IS 6392-1971 (Last with upto date amendments) with plane end G.I/ MSERW pipe in at least Three number of layers (one inner two outer) on both faces to make the joint leak proof (The cost of providing and laying of GI pipes to be measured and paid for separately). The welding of flanges should conform to IS 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-1991 and jointing of flange should be with required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS 1364 including cost of gasket sheet, nuts & bolts. The thickness of gasket sheet should not be less then 3.00 mm conforming to IS 2712-1998. The work shall be done to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge within all leads and lifts

Providing Circumferencial Butt welded joints (@ 90% of toal Joints) by electrical arc welding to below mentioned dia and wall thickness welded in at least three number of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes of 2.5 mm to 6.3 mm of Advani Oerlikon (Adore)-CITOJET/ESAB make, conforming to IS 814-1991 including Die pentration test, at site of work complete in all respects, including manual/ machanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

For G-Main of Gaj Khad & Bhated Khad MSERW Pipe L-290 & L-210 Grade, 200mm Dia, Wall thickness 4.80 mm

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Foundation and Plinth complete in all respect including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing, fixing and Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete in all respect including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing mild steel/tor Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level and above plinth level complete in all respect including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.
