2.31 : Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

2.6.1 : Earth work excavation in all classes of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, with all leads and lifts, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed,etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

7.1.1 : Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level with:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

4.1.5 : Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

5.9.2 : Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

5.2.2 : Reinforced cement concrete of specified grade 1:1.5:3( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up tot floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

5.22.6 : Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work using Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

13.16. 1 .Providing and laying 6 mm thick cement plaster of mix:1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand) including cost of materials and labour charges etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

50.18.9.9.1 : Providing and fixing PVC pipes includings jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of Joints complete as per direction of engineer in charge.110 mm dia 6Kgf/cm2 etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

4.1.4 : Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.
