Excavation in all kind of soil earth work and disposal of all excavated earth upto all leads ,lifts and disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaciton of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement :four sand: eight graded stone aggregate 40mm ( forty milimetres) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Foundation and plinth including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaciton of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Second class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 ( One cement : Six sand ) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaciton of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in earth work and filling in all layers in foundation and plinths including ramming, watering and consolidating upto all leads and lifts in all kind of soil.including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaciton of the Engineer-in-Charge.

40mm ( Forty milimeter )cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (One cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm ( Twenty milimeter ) nominal size laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaciton of the Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm ( fifteen millimetres) cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm ( eighty millimetres )in girth and finished even and smooth (iv) Cement Mortar 1:6 ( one cement : six sand)including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaciton of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats)to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaciton of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing PVC water storage tank of ISI : 12701 marked,G.I. inlet and outlet connection, 15mm nominal bore ball valve and mosquito proof PVC cover with locking arrangement including hoisting upto all heights above ground level 2000 ( Two thousand ) litres net capacity tank including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaciton of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing to wall ceiling and floor galvanised mild steel tubes (heavy grade) tube fitting and clamps including making good the wall, ceiling and floor:15 mm Fifteen millimetres)bore including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaciton of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.I. Union for wash basin or sink 32 mm( thirty two millimetres) dia including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaciton of the Engineer-in-Charge.
