M&L cleaning vertical and horizontal surfaces of of unplastered masonary wall and concrete surfaces for loose materials/dust and applying two coats of epoxy resin component (Dr. Fixit DAMPGUARD or equivalent) solution/mix using nylon brush pouring Base part in atttain homogeneous smooth paste and dilute the mixed compound with water in ration 1 part Base: 1 part Harder : 1 part water by slow addition and mix thoroughly until a brushable consistency is obtained, first coat will be allowed to dry for 6 to 8 hrs before application of second/fianl coat) including curing treated surface for 24 hrs complete incl applying evenly a coat of blown [email protected] kg/sqm over entire treated surfaces incl spout holes complete and all as specified as per manufacurer instruction.

M&L for preparation of RCC roof surface or wall & floor of sunken slab by cleaning the entire roof with Pressure water jet to remove the unwanted dust, loose material or any other material which may impair adhesion of the material. Surface must be cleaned and dried properly so that any cracks on the substrate can be visible. Concrete substrate to be cleaned up to exposed sound concrete cover, remove dust, laitance etc, which may impair adhesion of the material. All surface cracks up to 1-2 mm wide should be filled with single component cold applied elastomeric waterproofing coating (Dr. Fixit RoofSeal Ultra or equivalent) using a brush and adding a coat on the slab on both sides of the crack, up to a distance of 100 mm around it. Cracks more than 1-2 mm should be widen by making V-groove and repaired with PMM (Polymer Modified Mortar) using Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent 10% by weight of cement. Note : 1. Finished surface shall be as per satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. 2. All cracks shall be prepared and checked by Engr-in-Charge before and after treatment for the satisfaction and rates quoted shall be including the quantum of cracks in proposed surfaces which shall be checked on grnd by the contractor before quoting bid. 3. No addl amount shall be claimed further for repairing cracks (unless deep structural cracks, if obtained after preparation of surfaces, which shall be adjusted through Deviation Order as per dirns of AO. 4. Entire application shall be carried out by trained certified manufacturer applicator only.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm size stone aggregate) as levelling course, padding on chajjas, etc incl angular moulding at junction upto 10cm height complete all as specified with WPC @200ml/50 Kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction, applied over prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) WPC shall be measured and paid separately as 'supply only'. (ii) PCC shall be laid to acheive true slope towards the drain/weep holes.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm size stone aggregate) as levelling course, subbase etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in kerbs and coping complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for single component cold applied elastomeric waterproofing coating (Dr. Fixit RoofSeal Ultra or equivalent) on in-accessible/accessible roof or wall & floor of sunken slab based on synthetic resin emulsion, tough yet extremely flexible coating that can be efficiently applied by roller or squeegee having fwg important features : (i) High film build up provides excellent water resistance. (ii) Excellent flexibility and elongation properties - can easily accommodate all normal building movements. (iii) Can be applied to complex shapes to form a seamless and highly durable water proofing coating. (iv) Adheres firmly to most of building surfaces incl both horizontal and vertical surfaces of parapet, etcs. (v) Suitable consistency for easy application by brush, roller or squeegee. Single component cold applied elastomeric waterproofing coating (Dr. Fixit RoofSeal Ultra or equivalent) shall be applied by sprinkling some water over the roof just before application of 1st coat @ 0.75 ltrs/Sqm uniformaly over the entire flat surface incl verticle parapets incl reinforcing fibre (45 gsm Glass fiber mesh) and allow for drying for 12 hrs and 2nd coat @ 0.75 ltrs/Sqm shall be apllied (perpendicular direction of 1st coat as per manufacturer's instruction) on dried 1st coat complete all as specified. Note : (i) Entire application shall be carried out by TRAINED CERTIFIED MANUFACTURER'S APPLICATOR only. (ii) Waterproofing treatment shall cover min 10 yrs WARRENTY by the applicator and Contractor. (iii) Quoted rates shall include WATER PONDING TEST : After full drying of second coat for at least 72 hrs, a water ponding test can be performed by filling water on the terrace by carefully blocking all the down take drain outlets without damaging the coating. The test shall be carried out for 48 hrs by filling water up to 50 mm level. Observe for leakages, if any, and then remove the water and allow the coating to dry completely for handingover of site. (iv) Application shall be restricted in open sunlight having temperature above 35°C.

M&L for cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sunken floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) (1:1.5:3) type A1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) used as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landing, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and like etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting chases, in brick wall, pinning in and making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar (1:3), to ends or edges of landing, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing etc and making good the disturbed surface, cutting not exceeding 10cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube as per specification and drawing as mentioned in SSR Part-II (2020), Section 8, Page No. 178 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar or lime mortar and stone wall built in lime mortar exceeding half brick but not exceeding full brick work for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes into or through through brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 upto 300mm depth and surface area not exceeding 150Sqcm as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, as per specification & drawing as mentioned in SSR Part-II (2020), Section 8, Page No.174 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panel will be of wire gauze. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm MS solid tube and this tube shall be welded to MS tubes. The wir gauze shall be stretched to tighten firmly to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVS sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Expanded aluminium wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F of 35 mm thick flush door shutters (factory made) solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 1.25mm thick Pressed steel frames (Factory made) for doors size 105 mm x 60 mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., including filing of concrete (1:3:6) type C-0 using 12.5mm aggregate after applying 02 shop coats of bituminous paint to back of chowkhats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of aluminium anodised (powder coating of minimum thickness 50 micron) (ivory colour) ventilator shutters with fixed frame of size 65mm x 40mm x 1.98mm thick in vertical position with aluminium vertical mamber and half portion to be provided with 4mm thick pin head frosted glass and remaining portion to be louvered covered with stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.40mm including necessary channel work, including rubber gasket and aluminium beading complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Rate shall be included all glazing, aluminium wire cloth, rubber packing, jointing cleat, glazing clips aluminium snap beading, locking arrengement, handles, etc.)

S&F 25mm thick solid PVC composite sheet, prelaminated on front side and plain matching dark shade laminated background as in Cubboard flush shutters, fixed with and incl SS flush screws incl necessary cutting for reqd shape, rebate, hinges, hooks, etc and fixing only of self closing hinges, wall hanging hooks, magnetic locks, handles, etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- (i) Necessary Hinges, hooks, handles and locks shall be measured and paid separately as' Supply Only' (ii) Labour charges for 'supply only' items are deemed to be included with quoted rates)
