Engaging Labour for 294 TNGRHS Flats in NHS Colony at Thanjavur, 260 TNGRHS Flats at Thiruvarur and 58 TNGRHS Flats at Mayiladuthurai under Annual Maintenance (for the period for the year 2026-2027

Engaging One No of Plumber on contract basis for attending the defects found in water supply lines such as pumping mains and distribution lines inner and outer side of the flats and attending the defects found in distribution gate valve, breaking of pipe lines due to over pressure and ensuring the flow of water in pipe lines regularly without any leakage in 7 Nos. of TNGRHS colonies at Thanjavur Housing Unit, Guest houses and Division Office and maintaining the Sub Division Office at Thanjavur in the 294 TNGRHS flats at NHS Colony, Thanjavur for the period from 11.07.2026 to 31.03.2026 (Excluding Sundays and Government Holidays) under annual maintenance for the year 2026-27 and as directed by the departmental officers.

Engaging One No of Multi Trade worker on contract basis for Removing the blockages arising in inner and outer side of Sewer lines and Inspection chambers , Cleaning and removing garbage waste from inside the sullage and storm water drains around the flats and ensuring the flow of sullage and storm water to main drain, Sweeping and removing the debris found in terrace, Sunshade and Staircase, Removing the vegetation found on and around and Sweeping the entrance, inside and around the section office building and cleaning the Bath & WC in the section office building and Guest house and watching and ward the departmental materials & machineries and Board properties, Watching the vacant sealed flats and ensuring the flats are safe and free from anti social elements, Watch and ward the Section office regularly for the period from 11.07.2026 to 31.03.2027 (Excluding Sundays and Government Holidays) under annual maintenance for the year 2026-2027 and as directed by the departmental officers

Engaging One No. of Watchman on contract basis for watching and ward the departmental materials & machineries and Board properties, Watching the vacant sealed flats and ensuring the flats are safe and free from anti social elements, Watch and ward the Section office and Removing the vegetation in and around the Section office building regularly for the period from 11.07.2026 to 31.03.2027 (including Sundays and Government Holidays) under annual maintenance for the year 2026-27 and as directed by the departmental officers.
