Repair/ overhauling of DG Set engine of capacity 100 KVA to 125 KVA make Kirloskar/ Cummins 1500 RPM, water / air cooled by dismantling/strip opening of the DG Set for overhauling by decarbonising/ cleaning cylinder head, valves, rocker arms, plungers, head gaskets, packing sets, turbo chargers by replacing the piston oil/ lubrication, compression rings complete, top cover head and cam shaft, rocker arms gaskets; machining of heads, valves seat if required for all the cylinders and repairs to lubrication and cooling system by rectifying defects, replacement of the defective parts, damaged metal clamps, rubber hoses, dampers, packing pads, gaskets, manifolds, vibration dampers, pipe lines and minor corroded accessories complete and testing of the DG set complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for attending, identifying and rectification of minor faults pertaining to DG sets and connected accessories/ machinery, repairing/ making serviceable on day to day complaint basis or as per requirement by engaging competent technicians complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement Fuel indicating assembly complete of DG Set of capacity up to 320 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L as in replacement of fuel pipe line as per existing size and make suitable for 30 KVA to 320 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and as directed.

Visit of the OEM Engineers for the rectification of any fault pertaining to DG Sets and connected accessories/ machineries i.e.. change of controller, sensor, thermostat, malfunction of harness wiring etc and making serviceable as per requirement complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Spare part shall be measured and paid separately .
