M & L for removing /bailing out, pumping out all sludge, liquid, solid and waste material from 150 user pumping into honey sucker mechanical transport vehicle and depositing STP at NMS at distance not exceeding 5 km as directed; including minor repairs on plaster, rungs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following capacity.

Removing carefully the cover slabs of man holes of any size and shape and removing the scum/sludge including any organic or inorganic matters to a distance exc 250 and not exc 500 mtrs, sprinkling liberally bleaching powder on the surfaces of solid waste so deposited and setting the man hole cover in position in CM (1:6) after cleaning the sludge for the following depth of man holes (Manhole cover if provided new shall be measured & paid separately) for not exc 1.5 m depth.

Cleaning of blocked sewage drain pipe of the following dia by means of roding till flow of sewage/ sludge water is smooth including taking out all sludge/silt/liquid/ mud from the man holes & removing and depositing the same at a distance exc 250 m and n.exc 500 m including taking out MH covers carefully and refixing the same as per existing pattern all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for Internal bore 100 mm.

Cleaning and removing of blockage from WC upto first manhole removing all silt, liquid mud from the pipe line by roding etc and depositing the same at a distance n. exc 500 m all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cleaning and removing of blockage from floor trap upto first manhole removing all silt, liquid mud or any other foreign materials by roding and removing the same at a distance n. exc 500 m all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation,pipe line etc., and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and exceeding 1.5 but not exceeding 3.0 m depth for foundation,pipe line etc, and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of sewage pipe of 150 mm bore of any description and set in cement mortar including taking out from trenches etc complete all as specified.

S&F bend suitable for 150 mm bore reinforced conc pipe, class NP 2 all as specified and directed fixed.

Taking down cement plaster any description incl racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water,etc

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete/brick / solid block masonry surfaces as in manhole, septic tank etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete/brick / solid block masonry surfaces as in manhole, septic tank, drain wall, retaining wall etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Removing Excavated soils not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point any type of soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils all as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of cement base paint on new plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls including preparation surface complete all as specified.

Material and labour for applying one coats of cement based paint including necessary curing and preparation of old wall surfaces of any description complete all as directed

Material and labour for cutting of small trees/plants at the stem and removal of the roots of plants by using acids, chemical/Burning with blow lamp, cutting around the spout for removing the roots of any size and making good with Cement mortar 1:3 including two coats of cement base paint/acrylic emulsion up to height 4 story complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting of bushes, grass and tree branches etc all along the manhole lines, along the fencing and around septic tanks etc complete clearing so as to make access to manholes, fencing and septic tanks all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position as in cover slabs as specified.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 as in cover slab for manholes, septic tank and similar work set in cement mortor 1:6 all as specified including necessary form work and placed in position all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for TMT bars of 6 mm to 8 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirially and binding with MS wire not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L cement concrete in surface channels and drains type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, imtred/stopped ends etc
