PART A- Supply and Installation of EPABX Expansion card 4/12 for the existing EPABX System - Karel MS48C with Lightning protection module.

Supply and Installation of 10pair MDF with 10 pair krone modules.

Supply and Installation of 50pair MDF with three 10 pair krone modules.

Supply and Installation of moisture resistant electronic push button telephone receiver with tone / pulse switch and single button redial facility.

Supply and laying of ISI marked two pair PVC telephone cable with size 0.51 mm ATC copper conductor through the fixed PVC conduit. (Prefered Make: Finolex or equivalent)

Supply and laying of ISI marked 10 pair PVC telephone cable with size 0.51 mm ATC copper conductor through the fixed PVC conduit. (Prefered Make: Finolex or equivalent)

Supply and fixing of 1 module molded plastic box on surface, fixing group A, 1 module face plate on that & RJ11 PVC rosette box in that face plate (Group A)

Supply and fixing of 20 mm rigid PVC conduit (white/ ivory) with IS 9537 / 1983 Part III – conforming to ISI standard with all accessories.

Supply and fixing of 25 mm rigid PVC conduit (white/ ivory) with IS 9537 / 1983 Part III – conforming to ISI standard with all accessories.

Supply and providing ISI plate earthing as per IS 3043 with 600x600x6.3mm CI/GI earth plate with required length of 20mm dia ‘B’ class GI watering pipe, providing GI funnel with weld mesh, filling charcoal around the earth plate up to a distance of 15cm, filling the rest of the portion with excavated soil, including watering and ramming, providing brick work (20 mm) necessary at the top in 1:6 cement mortar providing cast iron gully trap with GI covering at the top.

Installation, commissioning including the programming of system, MDF labeling, junction termination labeling etc.

PART-B Supply and installation 19"6U wall mounted rack with 500mm depth , front glass door& rear Ms doors,1 set of vertical Power Distribution Box with min 5 nos. of 5A, 3-pin AC sockets, cable manager and cooling fan. (Preferred Make:Netrack/Wallrack)

Supply and installation of 24 Port Auto sensing 10/100/1000 Base TX, Rack mountable, Unmanaged Giga Ethernet switch in the existing rack. (Preferred Make:Cisco/Netgear)

Supply and Installation of Fully loaded 24 port Patch panel with removable CAT-6 Keystone Jack, in the existing Rack for terminating CAT-6 cable from Information outlets

Supply and fixing of 1 module moulded plastic box on surface, fixing GroupA one module face plate on that and RJ45 CAT 6 Jack in the face plate (Group A) (Prefered Model:- Molex/Krone/Panduit)

Supply and fixing of 25 mm medium gauge white PVC conduit conforming to IS 9537 / 1983 part III and its standard accessories

Supply and fixing of 20 mm medium gauge white PVC conduit conforming to IS 9537 / 1983 part III and its standard accessories

Supply, laying of CAT-6 4 pair UTP cable through the existing conduit as required. (Make:- Molex/Panduit/Beldon/Siemon)

Supply and Providing 1 meter CAT-6 patch cord (Make:- Molex/Panduit/Beldon/Siemon)

Supply and Providing 2 meter CAT-6 patch cord (Make:- Molex/Panduit/Beldon/Siemon)

Terminating the cables in the existing patch panel, testing each and every node point and making permanent labeling at the I/O and on the switch

Supply and fixing Electrical switch gears such as plug sockets, switches, plug tops, and providing power supply from the nearest point through the 20mm PVC Conduit.Also terminating the cables in the patch panel in the ground floor Rack.
