REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF MISC E/M EQUIPMENTS INCLUDING BUILDING SECURITY LIGHTS WITH FITTINGS/FIXTURE AND ALLIED WORKS OF E/M INCLUDING ACS, DEEP FREEZER, REFRIGRATOR, CEILING FANS, EXHAUST FANS ETC AT INS SATAVAHANA,INS VIRBAHU, INS CI

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc except light fitting. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable main switches, DBs, bus bars chambers, MCB/MCCB Enclosures any capacity including all fittings and fixtures such as MCBs, isolator, MCCBs, MCB protected Power socket etc and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable sub-main wiring (any numbers of cable) with rigid PVC/steel conduits/PVC casing-caping including cutting chases for conduits and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Point wiring with two runs of single core 1.5 Sq.mm. (Nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLSH (ISI marked) drawn through and including PVC casing caping (ISI marked) including Flush type metal GI / PVC boxes of suitable module including modular white cover plate of suitable module for fixing modular type switches including provision of multistranded 1.5 Sq.mm copper conductor cable FRLSH [ISI marked] as earth wire connected to common earth dolly and earth in distribution board for one light/exhaust fan/fan point/call bell controlled by one way switch complete all as specified and as directed. (Note.: (i) The rate quoted is deemed to include making good the disturbed sufaces and to match the adjoining surface.)

All as per item No. 04 here in before but for one geyser/AC point with two runs of PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable of size 4.00 sqmm multistranded FRLSH (ISI marked) and 4.00 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed solid copper conductor cable FRLSH (ISI marked) as earth lead complete ditto

S & F switch modular single pole one way 6 amp 240 volts,1 Module complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F switch piano single pole one way 6 amp 240 volts, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of Single core 2.5 sqmm [ for Phase & Neutral ] PVC insulated multi stranded FRLSH (ISI marked) copper cable drawn through and including surface PVC conduit of suitable size with all conduit accesories and fittings along with 1 run of single core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated multi stranded FRLSH (ISI marked) copper cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Two runs of 2.5 sqmm and one runs of 2.5 sqmm cable as earth wire and one run of conduit shall be measured as one length)

M & L for Sub main wiring with 4 runs of Single core 10 sqmm [ for Phase & Neutral ] PVC insulated multi stranded FRLSH (ISI marked) copper cable drawn through and including surface PVC conduit of suitable size with all conduit accesories and fittings along with one run of single core 10 sqmm PVC insulated multi stranded FRLSH (ISI marked) copper cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Four runs of 10 sqmm and one runs of 10 sqmm cable as earth wire and one run of conduit shall be measured as one length)

S & F repair three core, PVC insulated, sheathed, multistranded flexible copper conductor cable 1100 Volts [ISI marked ] of size 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.
