PROVISION OF APPROACH ROAD /PATH AT CERTAIN LOCATION UNDER GE (AF) NO 02 JODHPUR AT AFS JODHPUR

Excavating over areas, n. exc 1.5m deep and getting out (soft/loose soil) including forming surfaces to required level/slope complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out as soft soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/ all kind of soils exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing all as specified and directed by Engr -in -Charge

Rolling and consolidationg formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to achieve 98% modified proctorvdensity including filling the depression which occurs during the process of rolling to required level, gradient, camber and superelevtion etc, including watering as necessary complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 150 mm thick (compacted thickenss) Granular Sub-base of shingle or Gravel in double layer(75mm each) as per Table 400-1 of MoRTH specification fifth edition spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required over compacted sub-grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM in two layers (75mm each layers), using grading requirement as per Table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications fifth edition and rolled with vibratory type power roller of 8-12 tonne capacity to required camber and gradient including spreading rolling and consolidating complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material & labour for preparing WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all dust tec, and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen at 10 kgs per 10 Sqm

Material & labour for preparing block top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all dust tec, and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen at 5 kgs per 10 Sqm

M & L for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using Paving bitumen (VG-30), binder content @ 4.0% by weight of total mix ,rolled and compacted with 8 tonne to 12 tonne power road roller to requried gradient and camber using full width mechanical sensor paver with string sensor (Preparation of surface and priming/tack coat shall be measured & paid separately).
