UPGRADATION OF SUJANPUR TO SHAHPUR KANDI UNDER PMGSY III BATCH-3 LENGTH 8.90 KM BLOCKSUJANPUR DISTT PATHANKOT PB 21-007

Clearing and Grubbing Road Land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Dismentling of Existing Brick Edging complete in all respect. Including stacking of servicable material and disposal of unservicable material as per CSR - 8.5 (i)

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materails upto a lead of 100 m stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per Technical Specification Clause 202.

Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections.

Loosening, Levelling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for embankment construction as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.1

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 mtr. Transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with all lead as per MoRD Specification clause 301.5

Providing and laying of Brick on end edging 6.83cm wide, 11.11cm long and 22.86cm high half brick deep including excavation, refilling and disposal of surplus earth up to 50mtr complete as per Technical specifications

Stabilized Sub Base 100 mm:Stabilized Sub-base: Stabilized Sub-base:Providing, Laying, Spreading and Compacting in-situ/borrow area soil of CBR >5% mixed with crushed aggregate / GSB Grade 2 in quantities as specified in the Job Mix Design, in accordance with the provisions laid out in Part 2–Special Conditions of the Contract to obtain the unconfined compressive strength (UCS) 1.5 to -3 MPa in 7-28 days Application: (1) Spread, rip and loosen soil with excavator / tractor operated ripper and scarify with tractor operated rotavator to achieve desired thickness. Mix aggregates in quantities as specified in the Job Mix Design,in accordance with the provisions laid out in Part 2 – Special Conditions of the Contract (2) Spread Cement in quantities as specified in the Job Mix Design, in accordance with the provisions laid out in Part 2 – Special Conditions of the Contract by weight of soil & aggregate mix and scrify with rotavator for mixing thoroughly. (3) Apply the suitable IRC-accredited Nano-Technology additive/Commercial Chemical Stabilizers (CSS) confirming to IRC: SP:89 (Part-II) -2018 in quantities as specified in the Job Mix Design, in accordance with the provisions laid out inPart 2 – Special Conditions of the Contract on loose soil-aggregate-cement mixes. Scarify the treated material with rotavator and grade it with grader and do light compaction with vibratory compactor. (4).Compact the stabilized soil- cement – aggregate base with stone embedded layer with 8 to 10 tonne vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. Rates include all material, labour, hire charges of machinery etc. as per MoRD specifications & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Mix aggregates in quantities as specified in the Job Mix Design, in accordance with the provisions laid out in Part 2 – Special Conditions of the Contract (2) Spread Cement in quantities as specified in the Job Mix Design,in accordance with the provisions laid out in Part 2 – Special Conditions of the Contract by weight of soil & aggregate mix and scarify with rotavator for mixing thoroughly.
