Notes for Serial Item No. 1: [a] MANPOWER TO BE EMPLOYED: The contractor shall be required to employ required tradesmen with sound knowledge and adequate experience Round the Clock. All the manpower employed shall report to Office of AGE [E/M]/ Complaint Cell for day to day maintenance and efficient operation of Lifts. [b] The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of supply and fixing of all Major and Minor Spares viz. Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / LED Lights etc. (except Spares catered vide Serial Item No. 2 to 27 of BoQ ) as and when required for trouble free, smooth and efficient functioning of lifts including overhauling as and when required to all mechanical parts of lifts, Rewinding of Electric Motors, repair/maintenance of Gear Unit, repair / maintenance of Door Drive, Controllers, Pulleys, Limit Switches, Relays etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

[c] All the safety measures including ARDs shall be ensured for serviceable condition round the clock and nothing extra shall be paid on these accounts. [d] Spares catered vide Serial Item No. 2 to 27 of BoQ shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply Only" whenever required and rate quoted for Serial Item No. 1 of BoQ shall be excluding the same. However, fixing / repairs shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. [e] The rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of testing of each lift by Licensed Lift Inspector of Government of Andhra Pradesh twice in Contract Period for worthiness of the Lift in respect of safety. Certificate issued by the Licensed Lift Inspector shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge and a copy of Certificate shall be displayed in all Lift Cabins as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [f] Emergency Light and necessary tools shall be available in a tool box in the shift for smooth functioning of lifts. [g] Conveyance and communication system like mobile phone etc. shall be provided by the contractor to all Lift Mechanics and Helpers. [h] The contractor shall abide by the latest Labour Rules and Minimum Wages Act. [i] Wages paid by the contractor to the persons employed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by State / Central Government from time to time whichever is higher.

[j] The contractor is responsible for making subscription towards Insurance, EPF, ESI, Labour Welfare Cess etc., as applicable and shall pay Gratuity, Bonus etc to the Workmen as per existing Labour Rules / Acts / Regulations and rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for the same. [k] DRESS CODE: The contractor shall provide the workmen with Dark Blue Colour Uniform [Formal Pant & T-Shirt] with labels showing / printed i.e. "Name of the Firm and Designation" on Front and "GE [U - I] [V] & GE [U-II] [V]" on the back of the T-Shirt along with protective clothing / gear. The contractor shall also provide shoes to the workers and the persons shall not be allowed to enter the work site without wearing shoes. [l] The contractor shall be responsible for all Accidents / Injuries happening to the workmen. Any accident causing Minor / Fatal Injury, Partial Disability due to any untoward incident or non-adherence to Safety and IE Regulations or fault in maintaining of Lifts System / Safety Mechanism or on account of any mishandling / wrong operation / lack of knowledge of safety precautions or on account of any circumstances beyond his/their control, the contractor shall be solely responsible for settling all claims of compensation to the deceased, failing which department will have a right to recover any sum indicated / claimed by Labour Commissioner / Court authorities. No claim whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. No compensation is payable by the department on this account. Contractor shall provide first aid boxes to meet any emergency situations. [m] The contractor shall carryout the comprehensive maintenance of the lifts catered under subject work through the Original Equipment Manufacturer of that lift or from their accredited / authorised agencies only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the Lift or from their accredited / authorised agencies to provide technical support, trained persons for maintenance & testing and spares before commencement of the work to GE. The spares shall be of the make as per existing or as per the OEM.

Supply only Floor Relay Oscillator Switch Optical type working on 12/24 Volts, DC complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Main Contactor with Coil, 60 Amps , Power Contactor with 2 NO + 2NC Auxiliary Contacts and with 230 Volts, DC Coil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Power Contactor 32 Amps with 24/48 Volts DC Coil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Power Contactor, 32 Amps with 02 No + 2 NC Auxiliary Contacts with 230 Volts AC / 110 Volts DC complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Changer Card of Automatic Rescue Device 230 Volts Input/72 Volts Output complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Converter Card of Automatic Rescue Device to Convert 72 Volts DC Input to 24 Volts DC Output for Control Circuit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Mosfet Card of Automatic Rescue Device to covert 72 Volts DC to 230 Volts AC 3 Amps Rating complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Rotary Encoder for Speed feedback of Main Drive complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rewinding Main Motor of 9 KW Capacity, 3 Phase, 380 Volts, 1300/325 RPM using super enamelled copper conductor of suitable gauge including insulation, varnishing, packing and testing etc, cleaning, greasing etc. and testing including replacement of nuts and bolts for foundation etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rewinding Main Motor of 11 KW Capacity, 3 Phase, 380 Volts, 1300/325 RPM using super enamelled copper conductor of suitable gauge including insulation, varnishing, packing and testing etc, cleaning, greasing etc. and testing including replacement of nuts and bolts for foundation etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only MS Base and Rubber Base for fixing Gear and Motor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Main sheave 520 mm dia of lift gear box having 04 grooves to accommodate 13mm dia steel rope complete all as specified and as directed.
