Contract Details

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars for ashlar facings, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra hammer dressing to face granite or trap stones with maxium depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20 mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for raised pointing with cement mortar 1:4 to random rubble stone masonry uncoursed or brought up to courses complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work or on one side of lathing and finishing in surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash after preparation of newly plastered surface of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plaster surfaces on walls and applying a coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth including preparation complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and any position not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof coveerings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap with grade of zinc coating 275 gm/ Sqm, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roof, wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel in Roof Trusses (Framed), Trussed, Purlins, Crane Gantries, rails and fastenings, heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee,angle,Channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 1mm thick plain galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips,valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (Length and girth as fixed) with grade of znoc coating 275 gm/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position and removal of rocks/debris t a distance not exc. 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concete 1:3:6 type C2, using 40 mmk graded atone aggregate as plinth protection finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 as in sub base using 40 mm graded aggreate for flooring complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in floor without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
