Dismantling and taking down dislocated / de-shaped/loose earth contunity conductor or roof conductor in any position, complete including removal from work site or refixed at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing new aluminum strip 25 x 3.15 mm size as in roof / down conductor fixed with the help of porcelain insulator saddles and screws on roof/ wall complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 1. The distance between porcelain insulator will not be more than 60 cm. 2. The quoted rates shall be deemed to include cost of porcelain insulators ,T&P and labour required to work on roof top at lateral faces of Bldgs.

Refixing aluminium / GI / Copper strip of any size retreived from item No. 01 above using new porcelain insulators , fixing screws, nuts / bolts / washers of the joints of the strip complete including cleaning / scratching the dust complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1. The distance between porcelain insulator will not be more than 60 cm. 2. The quoted rates shall be deemed to include cost of porcelain insulators ,T&P and labour required to work on roof top at lateral faces of existing Bldgs.

Material and labour for air-termination, vertical type, single pointed rod made of 12 mm dia 300 mm long aluminium rod including necessary fixing arrangement with bolt, nuts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for GI tubing 20 mm bore light grade ISI marked 1.5 metre long fixed vertically on roof top, duly embedded in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 block of size 30cm x 30cm x 30 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for GI tubing 40 mm bore light grade ISI marked 1.5 metre long fixed vertically on roof top duly embedded in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 block of size 30cm x 30cm x 30 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade of size 40 mm dia with all fittings laid in trenches/ floors (or) fixed to walls for protection of Copper/GI/Aluminium strips complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

Supply and fixing Copper strip of size 20 x 3.15 mm burried in ground/fixed on wall complete with porcelain insulators, fixing screws, nuts, bolts and washers etc.

Supply and fixing for GI strip of size 25x4 mm burried in ground/fixed on wall complete with porcelian insulator, fixing screws, nuts, bolts and washers etc.

Supply and fixing for GI strip of size 32x6mm burried in ground/fixed on wall complete with porcelane insulator, fixing screws, nuts, bolts and washers etc.

Material and labour for test point terminal block insulated from wall or external surface made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement earth test point including GI/ Copper strip/ Clamp/ Nut/Bolt /Washer/Porcelain insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement plain cement concrete block in 1:3:6, C1, on roof top comprising of required size at places where directed & laying,clamping the strip of any size securely on the block with suitable size GI bolt duly grouted, nut bolt washer etc.

Material and labour in replacement earthing pit chamber including replacement of Cement concrete chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate the chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit with 50mm thick precast cover of cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and MS angle iron 50x50x6mm frame including two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide to exposed steel surfaces with suitable handle of 8 mm rod to lift the cover complete all as directed.

Material and labour for fixing of display Board of 60cmx30cm for earth pit made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet welded on angle iron legs 0.75 mtr long (02Nos) of size 40x40x6mm duly embedded in PCC block 1:2:4, type B-1, using gradedcrushed stone aggregate, of size 23x23x30cm fixed in ground including necessary earthwork. Display Board shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. The following is to be written on the board:- a) Earth Pit No. b) Checked on c) Next due date.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron wire of 4 mm dia earth lead by means of bolts, nuts ,washer and check nut of galvanized steel, earth wire protected by and including GI pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and connected to main test point as directed and including concreet pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 cover slab of size 54x54x5cm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT Bars @ 150mm C/C both ways with one handle for lifting, made out of 8mm dia TMT bar embeded in precast cover slab, wiremesh funnel, 20mm bore GI Pipe (Medium grade) for watering, charcoal and salt in alternative layers of 15cm thick all around the electrode, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil including taking out old UNSV earth plate electrode etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part -I and testing on completion all as directed. Note :- GI wire 4 mm beyond 7.5 mtr shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A'

Material and labour for chemical earthing using outer & inner pipe of copper as earthing electrodes and hydroscopic jelly back fill for good conductivity complete all as directed (Dia of outer pipe shall be 65 mm, dia of inner pipe shall be 40 mm, length shall be 3 Mtrs, thickness of both pipes shall be 2.1 mm and made of minimum 95% copper metal) including copper earth strip of size 32x6 mm earth electrode to test point by means of brazing, bolts, nuts washer and check nut of brass, connected with in and including test point of bronze and 40mm GI pipe upto 7.5 Mtr with copper testing point complete with PCC earth pit and 50 mm thick RCC pit cover using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate with TMT reinforcement bar 8 mm dia @ 150 mm center to center both ways, MS handle 10 mm dia made to shape with 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron frame duly painted, earth work in any type of siol connected to earthing test point and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Earthing complete all shown as electrical plate No -05 of MES Sch part -I as specified with testing and as directed including the following. (iv) 20mm bore, medium grade, GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horizontaly to the earth pit. (v) 40 mm dia bore G. I. light grade pipe for protection of copper strip. (vi) Cement concrete chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate. The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. (vii) 50mm thick precast cover of cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and MS angle iron 50x50x6mm frame including two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide to exposed steel surfaces with suitable handle to lift the cover. (viii) Excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50m as directed .Note :- Copper strip 32x6 mm at 7.5 mtr included in quoted rates.

Earthing complete all shown as electrical plate No -03 of MES Sch part -I as specified with testing and as directed including the following. Taking down carefully unserviceable FLP WP well glass fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings complete and removing material from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling etc complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable FLP WP switch sockets, junction box complete and removing material from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling etc complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable submain wiring of any size with ERW conduit complete and removing material from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling etc complete all as specifed and directed.

Material & labour for point wiring FLP-WP with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated unsheathed (FRLS) cable, multi-stranded, copper conductor, in universal colour code in & including ERW metallic rigid steel conduit including earth wire of PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor of 1.5 Sqmm size in green colour making good the disturbed surfaces, for one light/fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specifed and directed.

All as per serial item No 27.00 above but for 3 pin / 5 pin, 16 Amp socket outlet point controlled by one switch and wiring with 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated (FRLS), multi-stranded, unsheathed copper conductor cable & 1.5 Sqmm unsheathed PVC insulated (FRLS) earth wire on Independent board.

Material & labour for point wiring FLP-WP with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated unsheathed (FRLS) cable, multi-stranded, copper conductor, in universal colour code in existing ERW metallic rigid steel conduit including earth wire of PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor of 1.5 Sqmm size in green colour making good the disturbed surfaces, for one light/fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs FLP - WP well glass fitting suitable for 150 watt LED, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection duly wired complete with necessary fixing arrangement and electric connection three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs FLP - WP well glass fitting suitable for 100 watt LED, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection duly wired complete with necessary fixing arrangement and electric connection three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs FLP - WP well glass fitting suitable for 70/72 watt LED, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection duly wired complete with necessary fixing arrangement and electric connection three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs FLP-WP LED light fittings in aluminium alloy LM-06, 2 x 16/20 watt LED including 02 Nos. LED tube 16/20 watt with, connector block etc with all accessories prewired and including making electrical connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix flame proof LED fitting 1x20 Watt, body made out of cast aluminium alloy, epoxy painted alongwith wire guard complete with all accessories such as flame proof clear glass tubing to house LED tube, LED tube light 1 x 20 watt including suspended on ceiling with 2 Nos dia ERW conduit of suitable length incl fixing arrangement and connecting up, confirming to IS-60079 and approved by CMRI all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: 04 run single core 16 sqmm cable and one run 10 sqmm earth wire shall be measured as unit.
