(a) (i) Carrying out topographical survey of the area (Qty : 40 Acre Appx) with total station by taking spot level in a grid of 3mtrx 3mtr and marking/showing contour line at 1.00 mtr interval on scale 1: 200 and superimposing existing and proposed buildings, existing major structure , water supply lines, drainage system, underground cables, road, path, culverts, steam , trees, electrical poles, wall, etc on contour plan and marking of existing and proposed external services, like Road , Path , Culverts, seawage line, area drainage/ central drainage system, chain link fencing, protective work, compound wall etc. to be marked/shown on plan complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge and submission of report in Pentuplicate duly annotated. (ii)) Carrying out the detailed design of area drainage for entire area on the basis of catchment and rainfall intensity & providing/ marking & showing of depth/ invert level including cross section of area drainge as per planning correlation with exiting drainage complete etc. to be marked/shown on plan complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. (iii)) Providing / marking depth/ invert level of sewage line for all buildings in correlation with existing sewage line etc. to be marked/shown on plan complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. (iv) Providing / marking depth/ invert level of protective work required w.r.t topography/ level of ground for all building and it's services in correlation with existing etc. to be marked/shown on plan complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. (b) Preparation and fixing of RL of Regt Area w.r.t. permanent / temporary bench mark and calculation of quantities of earth in cutting & filling as per longitudinal/traverse slope of building & its services and finding out the Average RL of each building and fixing of TBM with RCC Pillar of size 200x200x900mm (final height) and projected 450mm above NGL/ Average RL etc. to be marked/shown on plan complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (a) Transforming the Bench Mark (MSL) available from the nearest location of Railway Station, or any satutory location, or through DGPS device properly calibrated or as directed by Engr-in-charge. (b) Establishment/Fixing of Permanent Bench Mark (PBM) with RCC Pillar (04 Nos) of size 200x200x900mm (Final Height) and projected 400mm above grround level, including necessary earth work & fixing with PCC in fdn, and marking the bench mark on the top of the RCC pillar duly engraved and painted two coat with synthetic enamel paint all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (c) Marking of all corner of proposed buildings marked with PCC pillar size 200x200x500. (d) Submission of report of topographical survey complete along with photograph & also soft copy (CD/DVD) in Pentuplicate duly annotated. (e) The Surveyed Area of land is considered in approximate . The actual qty may varry up to (+/-) 10 % as shown . ( Area Qty : 40 Acre Appx)

(a) Determining of SBC by shell & auger method in all type of soil100 mm dia bore hole up 6 mtr depth and performing SPT as per IS -2131 of 1996 collecion of disturbed/undisturb soil sample take for test . In case of gravely strata as refusal the open pit of 2 mtr depth of bldg work as directed by Engr-in-charge and submission of test report in Pentuplicate. (c) Conductiong of necessary test as per relevant IS-Code /NBC 2016/SP -36 on all collected samples including the following :- (i) Atterberg Limits. (Liquid limit, Plastic Limit and Shrinkage limits) (ii) Natural moisture content. (iii) Wet and dry density of soil (iv) soil particle size distribution (v) Triaxial shear test (vi) shrinkage test (vii) consolidation test (viii) Specific gravity test for sand and rock (ix) Crushing strength of rock (x) Permeability test. (xi) Chemical analysis of ground water sample. (xii) Free soil index. (xiii) Chemical Analysis of soil. (d) Submission of report of soil investigation along with photograph in Pentuplicate duly annotated. No of holes for SBC = 41 Nos 6 mtr depth of each i.e. total = 40 x 6.00 + 01 x 10.00 = 250.00 RM

Carrying out Monotonic Plate Load Test Using 30cm x 30cm Size Plate upto loading intensity of 60 ton/Sqm or ultimate failure of Soil, which ever is reached earlier
