Relay Healthiness Check, Rectification, Reconfiguration, Testing & Commissioning of ABB REC 670 BCU installed in khodri circuit -1 panel, as the existing BCU Relay is blank display.The scope of includes diagnosis, rectification of faulty relay , restoration of complete BCU functionality, SAS/SCADA communication validation, relay configuration verification, gateway communication checking, data validation and submission of backup files complete in all respects at 220 kV Control Room Giri Nagar.

Troubleshooting, Rectification, Reconfiguration Testing & Commissioning of 220 kV Bus Bar Protection Scheme including nuisance tripping investigation of khodri circuit -2 due to incorrect bus bar protection relay configuration, The scope includes verification & correction of protection logic , relay setting and configuration in panel, wiring verification, testing, SCADA validation and restoration of completeBus Bar protection scheme in all respects at 220 kV Control room Giri Nagar.

Rectification of GPS Clock time synchronization, correction of GPS Clock settings, replace antina, synchronization of all numerical protection relays with GPS Clock, verification of relay event/fault record time and confirmation of accurate time synchronization with SAS/SCADA.

Supply, Laying, dressing, clamping, double end termination, testing and commissioning of 19 Core Copper Control Cable (240 meter) from OLTC Control Panel to OLTC of 132/33 KV 25/31.5 MVA Power Transformer No. 1 & 2, including supply & Fixing of suitable brass cable glands, copper lugs, ferrules, identification sleeves, cable ties, clamps, nuts, bolts, washers, earthing accessories, all consumables, labour, continuity test, insulation resistance (Megger) test and with all labour, tools & tackles required for successful functional testing of OLTC in Remote/Local mode, complete in all respects. .

Testing, checking, troubleshooting and restoration of existing Under/Over Frequency Relay installed on 33 kV incomer No-1 & 2, including checking of relay settings, auxiliary supply, frequency sensing circuit, relay output contact, trip circuit continuity, interposing/auxiliary relay, control wiring and breaker trip coil circuit; rectification/retermination of defective control wiring and contacts, provision/replacement of minor lugs, ferrules, terminals etc., functional testing by simulated under-frequency condition and ensuring proper trip command to the incomer circuit breakers, including testing and commissioning with all labour, tools & tackles required for successful completion of work complete in all respects.

Configuration, integration, testing and functional commissioning of existing Event Recorder (ER)/Digital Fault Recorder (DR) panel installed at 220 kV Sub-Station with existing 220 kV control/protection panels, including complete checking of existing control/protection panel wiring, identification and verification of required trip, alarm, status, protection and analog/binary signals, carrying out necessary inter-panel/control wiring and termination, provision of required ferrules, lugs, terminal connections, cable markers, cable ties and other minor wiring accessories, checking of communication links/interfaces, configuration and mapping of required signals in ER/DR system, synchronization of time/date, configuration of event and disturbance recording parameters, verification of recording of protection operations/trip signals/alarms/status and other required parameters, retrieval and downloading of Event and Disturbance Records for verification, functional testing by applying/simulating required signals, checking proper recording and retrieval of data, rectification of wiring/configuration deficiencies observed during testing, complete testing and commissioning of the system and satisfactory functioning of ER/DR panel with 220 kV control/protection panel to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Checking, diagnosis, configuration/re-configuration and testing of MiCOM P40 Agile P141 Numerical Protection Relay installed at 33 KV Paonta Feeder of 132/33 KV substation HPSEBL Giri Nagar, including checking of relay hardware, HMI/display, password/access error, existing protection configuration and settings, communication/configuration interface, retrieval/backup of available existing settings, rectification/re-loading of configuration wherever required, verification of CT/PT input configuration, protection functions and setting groups, checking of binary inputs/outputs and trip/alarm logic, necessary configuration/re-configuration through suitable software, uploading of revised configuration/settings, functional testing and verification of relay operation. Testing shall include simulation/secondary injection wherever required, checking of trip/alarm contacts and verification of breaker trip command. Complete work shall include all necessary software, laptop/interface, tools, testing equipment, labour, supervision and commissioning of relay in healthy working condition.
