Taking down all existing roof treatment and demolition of cement concrete padding/levelling course incl wire brushing and cleaning loose dust etc from surfaces of RCC roof incl flashing and juntion of parapet complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement (un-reinforced) in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm size stone aggregate) as levelling course incl finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L 15mm thick screed bed in cement plaster 1:4 on padding layer for roof treatment with WPC complete all as specified

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound

Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment / specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less 150 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm 9 minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method and as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints are properly sealed as per manufacturer's instructions. (iii) Applying two coats of Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 75 mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors or in walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC bends any radius 75 mm dia laid in trenches or in floors or in walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm single socketed in any length with rubberring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC bend 110 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete 20 mm dia

Supply and laying Mild steel water tubing heavy duty with welded joints complete with all tube fitting (such as bends, elbow, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc) and fixing to wall/celling/roof complete with clips,wall hooks,wooden plugs,etc. also cutting, screwing and waste and for making forged bends on piping as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Refixing 20mm steel tubing & connections including cleaning with steel wire brush and replacement of all new fittings for repair, alteration etc of the following sizes

S&F 500ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, incl taking down old tank complete all as specified.

Taking down 500ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks and Refixing after repair to roof incl connecting valve and pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 1000ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, incl taking down old tank complete all as specified.

Taking down 1000ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks and Refixing after repair to roof incl connecting valve and pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls incl raking out joints hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc.

M&L 20 mm thick rendering in two layers of 10mm on external concrete wall surfaces in cement plaster 1:4 with WPC incl finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified.

M & L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall incl sweeping clean with brush to remove loose dust, sand, etc and applying two coats of heavy duty waterproofing coat (Dr Fixit Wounderproof-1 or equivalent) by mixing water @ 25-30% to make slurry coating and allow 4 to 6 hrs time for drying up of first coat before application of second coat in perpendicular direction of first coat and further left to dry for 4 hrs complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturer instructions.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified.

M & L Preparing of spalled RCC surfaces due to seepage (nexc 50mm deep) by exposing fully corroded steel in the repair area and remove all scales and corrosion deposits mechanically or ideally by grit blasting, clean the surfaces and remove loose concrete, any dust, oil paint, grease etc and pre-wet the surface with water and allow to dry slightly, apply approved zinc primer over the cleaned re-bars & allow to dry before repair and the substrate should be primed by applying one neat/clear coat of approved Epoxy bonding agent, finally apply Polymer Mortar of approved Make prepared as per manufacturer instructions (laid in 10 to 15mm thickness with bonding agent accompanied after each 15mm layer) to the prepared substrate by hand when primer becomes tacky ensuring that the material reached evenly behind bars incl curing the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

(a) For area less than 1 sqm

(b) For area more than 1 sqm and up to 2 sqm

(c) For area more than 2 sqm and up to 3 sqm

Removal of all loose/unsound/bad/damaged concrete or plaster existing RCC structure of slab/beams/walls by using chesel/hammar .Cut and remove unsound reinforcement bars, wires etc without damaging the sound reinforcement but , clean loose rust from bars manually with brush . fixing mild steel welded fabric of weight exceeding 3.5 kg but n Exc 4kg /Sqm with existing bars or by welding on it after cutting the RCC to the sound bar if the existing bar is damaged (Incld provn S&F new TMT bar whereever required ). Applying eppoxy bonding agent and making good with polymer modified plaster and micro concrete as required thickness over a coat of rust removing alkaline primer and match the finishing to the existing surface in any floor including form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
