Providing Maintenance Services of Electrical & Mechanical Installations viz power supply system, transformers ,LT panels , DG sets.covering the scope of operation, repairs & maintenance, attending faults / breakdowns rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satifactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/monthly/ quarterly/ halfyearly/yearly basis, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per scope of work given in special conditions of contract shall be ensured round the clock by the aduquate manpower (ie. in three shifts basis , each shift of 8 hours) on all days including Sundays & Holidays at DVOR & offices site at jamshedpur & as per direction of EIC.
Annual maintenance contract of 25KVA Kirloskar (Liquid) RB33SRI, Kirloskar Green Brushless 3 Phase AC soundproof acoustic canopy Generator at DVOR jmshedpur. (b) 10KVA DG set ( Engine+Panel) Make- Kirloskar Model: HA-294 single phase AC generator DG Sets including AMF panel with other accessories from OEM/authorised service agencies. Job includes monthly visit for carrying out preventive maintenance attending any number of breakdown calls as & when required, carrying out "B" checks twice in a year, minor repairs etc. as per manufacturer"s recomondations/standard practice and as per the scope of work, complete as required.
Supply of 12volts 150 AH Lead maintenance free Battery make - Exide EP150 or equivalent.
Supply of 12volts 7.5 AH Lead Acid Battery make - Coprp 4G or Equivalent.
Rubbing, cleaning and painting of street light poles of following length with one or more coats of superior quality aluminium paint /existing colour and numbering after painting on the pole including the painting of cement collar as per approved colour etc. as reqd. (a) Lenth not exceeding 5 mtrs.
Percentage on CPWD DSR (E&M) 2018 worth totaling to Rs.50,000/- (Item shall be executed as per requirement.)
