Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 500 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 30x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for foundation and plinth with thickness 20cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand ) etc complete

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth levelThermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:1:1:5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) including cost of all materials, conveyance, labour charge, scaffolding etc complete as required.

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) including cost of all materials, conveyance, labour charge, scaffolding etc complete as required.

9 mm cement plastering of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand ) including cost of all materials, conveyance, labour charge, scaffolding etc complete as required.

Providing and fixing 16 mm dia half threaded L bolts 45 cm long including nuts and washers for fixing the C channel as fender to the bottom ledge including charges for supplying nuts, threading, bending and placing in position by welding as per instruction during execution. The holes for fixing bolts in the channel shall be drilled by using suitable cutting machine. All works including cost of all materials, conveyance, labour charge, scaffolding etc complete as required.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position by using C.channel of size 150x75x5mm including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications after preparing the surface by using wirebrush or emery paper, including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On steel work All works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Laying PVC pipes of class 2 to class 6 and specials, lowering to the trenches already made, placing in position aligning the pipe line to the lines and levels and jointing the pipes and specials with solvent cement and testing the pipe line with water to the required test pressure. 250 mm nominal outer dia pipes. All works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.
