M&L for excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep in any type of soil for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pierholes, etc. and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No-1.00 above but exe 1.5 m and n exe 3.00 mtr deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning filling in any type of soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated materials(Soils) to a distance exceeding 250 Mtr but not exceeding 500 Mtr and deposting where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of ( reinforced) cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs ( for manholes etc.), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of schedule 'A').

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed

M&L Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius using old size bricks built in CM 1:4 Complete all as Specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, copings, holdfast and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of of brick masonry /concrete surface on wall with using water proofing compound and finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only under respectiveitem of sch 'A'.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed 200 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking up existing cover of septic tank of any type dewatering and cleaning of septic tank of capacity up to 25 users by removing sludge in semi solid state or liquid state by manually or by pressure pump including removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 2 Km out of MOD land and buried into ground by digging pits of suitable sizes covering these pits with excavated earth properly as directed, and placing the covers of septic tank in position complete all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framed work and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gd E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing 75 mm thick PCC (cement concrete) 1:3:6 , type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregates) as in ramp/plinth protection/pavements /floor finished even and fair Complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1: 2 :4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed

M&L for non skid coloured Ceramic tiles,first quality( of approved class , colour and design/ shade ) 6 to 7 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, ,as in floor surface etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles over and including 15 mm Screed bed in Cement mortar 1: 6 Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan Orissa pattern size 580 x 440 mm white with front or back inlet, integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) & including CI trap & connecting fitting as required set in plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 and connecting to flusing cistern and trap & connecting fittings as required and making good to floor, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair white vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal) pattern, and trap (excluding) fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, etc. with and including plastic water closet sheet covers white closed pattern with flat bottom, with mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down cast iron / PVC/AC pipe of any dia and size fixed on wall or under floor including all fittings with / with out cement joint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints and jointed with approved adhesive and fixed to wall/ floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bend / shoes 110 mm dia, any radius as required and jointed with approved adhesive complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 100 mm outlet dia CI floor trap including jointing to waste pipe with solvent cement and fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dewatering of soak well or sewage pit of any dia and depth manually or by using pump and removal of sludge if any to a distance exc 1.5 Km but not exc 2 Km out of MOD land complete as directed.

M&L for Cleaning of P/S trap of WC/IWC etc. by removing all blockage of any description in any situation in the system, and removal of sludge in semi solid state or liquid state, by manually or by pressure pump including removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 2 Km out of MOD land and buried into ground by digging pits complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Cleaning of Nahani /floor trap of Bath /Kitchen/Urinal including 1st Gully trap etc. by removing all blockage of any description in any situation in the system complete by manually or by pressure pump including removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 2 Km out of MOD land and buried into ground by digging pits complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Cleaning of sewage pipe line any dia from Gully trap to 1st manhole and then upto the final drop into the septic tanks and soak well/cess pool (except intermediate manholes) by removing all blackage of any description in any situation in the system complete any dia of pipe and any depth by rodding, manually or by using pressure pump completely and removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km and n.exc 2 Km out of MOD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for taking up existing cover of Manholes of any type any size and any depth dewatering and cleaning of Manholes by removing sludge in semi solid state or liquid state by manually or by pressure pump including removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 2 Km out of MOD land and buried into ground by digging pits of suitable sizes covering these pits with excavated earth properly as directed, and placing the covers of Manholes in position complete all as specified and directed. M&L for cleaning of RCC/Rotational moulded polythene water storage tank (over head service tank) of capacity exc. 250 & not exc. 500 liter after emptying the tank and disconnecting of its Connection from Main pipe and cleaning with suitable chemical and removing the scales etc if any washing with clean water property and reconnection of the same with existing Main Pipe and writing the date of cleaning with using synthetic enamel paint black/white ( height of words/letters minimum in 100 mm) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cleaning of RCC/Rotational moulded polythene water storage tank (over head service tank) of capacity exc. 5000 & not exc. 10000 liter after emptying the tank and disconnecting of its Connection from Main pipe and cleaning with suitable chemical and removing the scales etc if any washing with clean water property and reconnection of the same with existing Main Pipe and writing the date of cleaning with using synthetic enamel paint black/white ( height of words/letters minimum in 100 mm) complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair PVC white low level flushing cistern 10 ltr capacity with all fittings syphonic action type with inlet ball valve and float, handle with & including bracket and PVC flush pipe 32 mm bore complete all as specified and directed

M& L injecting chemical GLYPHOSPHATE 41% SL 20 ml or till refusal by making cut / injection in the stem of plant 30 mm c/c and spraying with solution (25 ml Glyphosphoto 41 % diluted with one litre of water) and removing the plants/ vegetation including penetreated roots complete, including necessary scaffolding etc upto 5 storied building complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys ,scrubbing down with water etc complete and removal of demolished material to a distance exceeding 250 Mtr but not exceeding 500 Mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 200 mm x 200 mm x 25mm thick / 250 mm x 250 mm x 25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat coment slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment to match the existing laid over 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.Make:- Nitco, NTC, Duracrete as approved by GE.

S&F PVC (SWR) Gully trap 125/100mm,setting and jointing with solvent complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking down existing water tank of capacity exc 250 liter and not exc. 500 liter and removing from site complete and S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 lts capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as per SSR Part I incl brass ball valves, high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of 20 mm bore , complete all as specified & directed.
