Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in coping, bed plate, kerbs, water troughs and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class `B` bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting chases, pinning in brick wall making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bres-summers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. with rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for well-seasoned 2nd class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix well-seasoned 2nd class hard wood in scantling in repairs, to replace old and decayed timber (including piecing, scarfing, etc., of old and new timbers if required) and removing defective portions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for well-seasoned 2nd class hard wood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, wrought, secured with nails or brads, sectional area exc. 13 sqcm but not exc. 25 sqcm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for 40mm thick second class hardwood plain framed panelled shutters (any numbers of panels) with panels of timber flat both sides (feather edged) or of veneered particle board medium dencity, wood particle with commercial face veneers supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for second class hard wood small fittings such as brackets of any type, latch and hinge blocks, shaped door and window stops and the like, including all necessary labours, articles n. exc 200 cu. cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded decorative coloured laminates PVC `C` channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and decorative coloured laminates PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail or bottom rail ; panelling of decorative coloured laminates PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC laminated sheet beeding, and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 28.00 here in before but wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly and -ditto-.

Suplly and fix 100mm size butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 100mm long aluminium handles, cast type, anodized complete all as specified and directed.

Suplly and fix 150 mm long aluminum anodised barrel tower bolts cast type complete all as specified and directed.

Suplly and fix 300 mm long aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast- aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 25 mm dia aluminium anodised decorative type drapery rod complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair galvanised steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia or wire and average width of aperture 1.00mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 20mm dia harrison rails, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair tubular towel rail, 20mm dia, D type, 60cm long between flanges complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders, framed balusters, walk ways; railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for running welding in repairs, thickness of metal to be welded exc 20mm but n. exc 25mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for welding in repairs n. exc 2.5cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded exc 9mm but n. exc 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 18/19mm thick pre-laminated particle board, exterior grade, pre-laminated both side with decorative choice lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor to recieve tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for virified ceramic tiles (light shade) (premium quality) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for ceramic, non skid coloured tiles (premium quality) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exc. 0.18sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 46.00 above but in skirting and dado laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and -ditto-.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic tiles of size 300x200x7 mm / 450x350x7mm (premium quality) coloured in vertical surfaces such as riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair plastic water closet seat, white, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 10 ltr capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and flush pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china wash hand basin, white, flat back, size 550x400mm excluding taps, waste pipe, chain & plug and porcelain stopper but with brackets and 32 mm bore waste coupling PTMT (minimum weight 45gms) including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china squatting pan of ‘Orissa pattern’, size 580 mm x 440mm (white) with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, front or back inlet and foot rests, any pattern complete including provision of PCC bedding and connection to trap, flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, etc. including making good the disturbed floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 125mm PTMT grating doom with waste hole (minimum weight 40gms) complete all as specified and directed.
