SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I: B/R WORKS

Demolition ofcement concrete in Any floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or Mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel work in frame work such as grills, grantings etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or reviled, framed guard bars, barred iron doors ladders walk ways, raillings, frame work of boundary walls and similar articles all as specified and as directed.

S &F Galvanised iron 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and strainin and fixing to any type of stranded rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire, staples or steel pins all as specified.

S&F concertina coil made with razor barbed tape of 1050mm dia fixed with clips etc all as specified and directed.

Broken Glass coping on top of walls in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any discription over 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer.

Material & Labour for Preparation of new plastered surface on brick or concrete & applying 2mm thick putty & Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces.Complete all as spcified and directed.

M&L for removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surface of wall by Vaccum based sanding machine removal of nails etc and filling cracks /hole with putty and then applying 2mm thick putty & one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces by using auto roller upto 4th floor complete all as specified and specified by Engineer -in-Charge .

Providing, cement concrete as in coping on walls type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded). Complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall stone wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key securing down with water etc

Rendering 15 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 on on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces.
