Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of water lubricated single or multistage, Radial/Mixed flow Vertical turbine pump(make-Kirloskar /Jyoti/WPIL / WILO Mather & platt) having discharge of 41.5 m³/hr against a total head of 60 meters consisting of pump bowl assemblies with dynamically balanced bronze impeller , stainless steel pump shaft , S.S. line shaft 1.5 mtr length each , 40 feet MS fabricated flanged type column assembly , strainer, non- reverse rachet coupling and discharge head etc. coupled with suitable Vertical hollow/solid shaft -IE3 energy efficient/ SPDP Squirrel cage induction motor (Kirloskar/ Jyoti/ CGL make) confirming to IS 12615:2011 with latest amendments having 10% more BHP than that of Pump operating on 3-PH, 50Hz, 415 ± 10%, 1450-1500 rpm with required size of ISI marked heavy duty CIDF sluice valve & CIDF NR valve , Pressure gauge, MS clamp including cost of construction of new foundation with suitable size of nut ,bolts and packing's etc. all complete or as per site requirement or direction of E/I Discharging – 41.5 m³/hr and Head - 60M,15 HP approx

Cost for fitting of sluice valve, NR valve with supply fitting of rubber insertion- 03 Kg nut bolt & washer ¾’ dia x 4’ long – 16 nos., 4” dia m/s pipe, 5’ long – 01 no., cutting and welding of pipe to common header with gas cutter & welding set and making leak proof joint testing on load including all labour tools and tackles.

Cost towards supplying, Installation, testing & commissioning of free standing type floor mounted cubical LT motor control panel suitable above Pump set fabricated with MS sheet of suitable gauge and size duly painted with two coats of red oxide primer comprising of 200 Amp, 440V copper busbar arrangement 4 pole consisting of following accessories: (i) 100 Amp MCCB – 1 No. (Incoming feeder) (ii) 63 Amp MCCB – 02Nos (outgoing feeder). (iii) 63 Amp MCCB – 01No. (As spare) (iv) 32 Amp MCB -1 No. for lighting load and other utility load. (v)Fully Automatic Star Delta (FASD) Starter (L&K/Havell’s/Siemen’s/ Schneider/BCH make) suitable for Above pump set or more etc.- 2 Nos. (vi) 3-phase Digital display Voltmeter & Amp Meter -2 Sets, Phase indicating light R-Y-B -3 Nos. (vii) Copper Bus Bar- 04 Pole 100 Amp, 415V Copper strip bus bar enclosed in MS sheet along with overload relay, Dry Run Protection, Motor protection device (MPD), Proper power & control wiring inside by suitable size of copper conductor and wires etc. all complete set including transportation and fitting & mounting charges at P/Plant.

Cost of dismantling the motor and taking out bowl assembly from the intake well by supplying all labour, tools and tackles etc at site.

Cost towards making and fitting of MS Common Header 100 mm Dia with suitable size Blind flange for both ends of MS Common Header.

Cost towards lifting of old 15 HP VT pump set with column pipes, line shafts from intake well including all labours, tools and tackles etc. all complete.

Chemical earthing 3 meters and 80mm hole size with electrode and chemical compound etc. with watering pipe and locking arrangements including soldering, riveting, jointing G.I. flat strip 50mm X 6mm to all equipments or as per direction of E/I.

Supplying and fitting of lightening arrester suitable for building protection with Earthing Electrode, Earthing Compound, copper wires and earth work etc. all complete job or as per direction of E/I.

Supplying and fitting of 25 watt two LED and 90watt LED street lighting luminaire with pressure die cast housing and toughened glass cover, operating voltage range 100V-270V AC with structure, stand, clamp, tee, wires and switches etc. all complete

Power wiring with required 10 Sq mm 3core 1.1KV, Grade unarmoured copper cables XLPE/PVC insulated unarmoured cable from Power distribution Panel (MCP) to motors, including laying on wall or on floor as where required jointing and making proper terminations, etc. all complete.
