Relaying of Cover slab and re- construction of drains in 1st main road at SIPCOT IT Park, Siruseri

Dismantling the existing and fell down Reinforced cement concrete structure in the cause way such as RCC pavement slab and drain Wall etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Conveyance of Dismantled debris to a lead of 10 Km away from site ., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of size 1.00m x 0.45m x 0.125m ) in RCC 1:1.5:3 (one cement, One and a half crushed stone sand and three aggregates), using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the SIPCOT officers

Earth work excavation for side drain work in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc. except hard rock requiring blasting as per SS 20-B (HGS SS.20.B.) and depositing the same to the palce shown by SIPCOT Officers with a lead of 2 Km within SIPCOT area as directed by Engineer in charge etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the SIPCOT officers.

Shoring, and strutting with sheet piles of size width 400 mm x height of 3m x thickness of 9mm as per IS 2314 1986 by driving on both sides of the trench from Ground Level up to the required depth and connecting the above sheet piles by horizontal strutting with sheet piles at an interval of 1.0m, fixing the sheet piles by connecting the horizontal strutting with casurina poles of 8cm to 10cm dia. at 1.50m interval and including removing the sheet piles after the pipelines are laid, jointed, tested, and stacking it safely for other uses. It includes the cost of sheet piles and casurina poles including labour charges for erecting the sheet piles, driving the sheet piles, removing the sheet piles, fixing Casurina poles, etc., complete and all other incidental charges for the depths 0-3mts.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling stone dust in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.

Providing plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One cement, Four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm size Hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation, flooring bed, dummy columns, mudmat below column footings, Grade beams etc. laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour to work site, mixing of concrete, laying, compacting, curing with all leads for soft potable water, hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants including all other incidental charges such as bailing out water for forming protective bunds, coffer dams and shoring, strutting etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by "SIPCOT" officers. (in all heights and all depths).

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.(Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Plane Surface below plinth
