Dismantling post or struts (wood,steel or RCC) any position,including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, post embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc complete all as specified & directed. .(Note- Only embedded portion of post or strut only will be measured and paid)

Dismantling of chain link fencing any size or type complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, manholes etc in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in foundation/filling under floor including spreading, watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25cm each in loose/soft soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated material exc 250m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 500 m above the starting point in rocks complete all as specified & directed. .

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, filling of post holes etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in repairs for mild steel angle or flat iron conforming to Fe290 Gde-E-165 as in support/ hanging including embedded in walls after making the holes of required size and filling with CM 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for mild steel work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 as in fencing posts & struts including cutting tops to shape as required, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) and embedding in concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only 3.15mm dia GI wire 75x75mm mesh (chain link fencing) made up to mattresses or cages lapped wired and laid in position including closing and tied with RCC posts properly complete all as specified & directed.(NOTE:Unit weight of chain link fencing will be measured and decided as per BOO)

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs mild steel round bars 10mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips conforming to Fe-410 W complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc all as specified and Directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m means radius build in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item no 17 but except bricks .

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cm (1:6), finished even and fair (Without using extra cement ) complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L cement concrete type C - 1 (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed blocks,fillings for holdfast etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course, coping, window cill etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1.50:3 type A1 using 20 mm graded aggregate in foundation, footing, foundation beams,plinth beams, bases for columns,pedestal, under reamed piles, mass concrete, etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1.50:3 type A1 using 20 mm graded aggregate aggregate as in columns, pillars, posts, struts etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces, washing, rubbing down, stopping and applying one coat of cement base paint on walls, etc white or tinted complete all as specified & directed.
