Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning of Intake Chamber for tapping water from below the outlet of Sodhi Hydro Project and just upstream of Drinidhar Hydel Power Project & C/o RCC Intake Chamber below RCC Kuhl with Design/Drawing fabrication supply and errection of structural steel Hydraulic gate system including all allied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls,dewatering etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge. The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the Intake system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work,jumper work blasting work in soft or hard rock or by chiselling soft/ hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dewatering where ever required dressing of sides and bed stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavaton and then returning the excavated soil after completion of work in 15cm layers when required into plinths, side of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including all leads and lifts.
Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring & shuttering in Foundation & plinth.as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge with in all lead & lifts.
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15milimetres thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm So as give a fair finish including centring shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battans & ballies, height of propping & centring below supporting floor to celing not exceeding 4.00 metres & removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in :-
Vertical surface such as wall (any thickness) partitions walls & the like including the attached pillaster,s buttresses plinth string courses & the like as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge with in all lead & lifts.

Providing, laying, jointing and testing in trenches of mild steel electrically resistance welded steel flanged pipes (Zinc Coated) of HP Govt. approved make with flanged joints & butt welding including cost of bends complete conforming to ISO:IS:3183-2007 as per dimensions weight and test pressure mentioned below in a random length of 4m- 7m, The M.S. flanges are to be provided 10% of total joints as per table below conforming to IS: 6392-1971 (latest upto date amendments) and welding of flanges with pipes as per IS: 816-1965 with a electrode as per IS: 814-1967 including required Nos. and size of M.S. nut and bolts as per IS: 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fiber jointing gaskets sheet not less than 3mm thick as per IS: 2712-1965. Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning of aesthetically designed ( to be approved by the competent authority) Chowkidar Room complete as directed by Engineer in charge. The work shall include all allied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls, boundary wall with pannel fencing, Toilets, Septic Tanks, dewatering, all internal and external electrical wiring, water supply and sanitary fittings, External Solar powered Street lighting and other allied items. The clear height of walls shall be 3.00 mtrs. above floor level up to slab level . The thickness of slab shall not be less than 100 mm. in all respect shall be included in plinth area rates. The outer doors & Window shall be in double shutters and aluminium grills for windows. Internal wiring shall be in PVC conduits as per relevent data sheet and scope of work.The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The work shall include supplying of 5 sets of structural design and drawings etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge as per relevent data sheet and scope of work.( Near Head Works)
WATER TREATMENT PLANT 5.91 MLD
The scope of work includes the construction of 5.91 MLD capacity Water Treatment Plant capable to treat the raw water of the quality specified in the basic design data to produce clear water as per requirement of CPHEEO manual on water supply and treatment and as specified in basic design data. The water treatment plant shall include the construction of inlet chamber,raw water tank,presettling tank, V -notch mixing channel, alum solution/ mixing tanks and closing arrangement, hydraulic flocculator, settling tanks,rapid sand filters complete with back wash arrangement, clear water tanks complete disinfection arrangement wath gaseous chlorination, plant building (for housing chemical store cum dosing room, water testing laboratory, cum attendant room (toilet) supply of laboratory equipment, piping, valves mechanical/electrical equipment, electrical wiring & panel boards, sanitation, inletconnecting paths, site development/retaining wall and boundary wall upto a minimum of 3 m from the edge of battery limit of plant. On the completion of all civil, mechanical and electrical works the contractor shall test run the plant for one week before handing over the same to the department at the cost of contractor.

Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning R.C.C. Circular partially underground storage tanks as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab , roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all alied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls, refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe ,proper manifiold at outlet including all fittings, bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside ventilator with mosquito proof wire mesh,lightening arrester complete ,SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves & other accessories shall be included in the rates of tanks . Battery Limit shall be considered as 3.00 m from the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less.The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The work shall include supplying of Five sets of structural design after testing the bearing capcity of soil and drawings, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge as per relevent data sheet and scope of work.

(Restoration of metalled surface shall be paid for separately)
Earth work
Providing and welding M.S. flanges (In Pair's) at 5% joint flanged, conforming to following tables as per IS 6392-1971 (Latest with up to date amendments) with MSERW / GI pipe by two layers on outer faces and one layers on inner face to make the joint leak proof (The cost of providing and laying of GI pipes and butt welded joint to be measured and paid for separately). The welding of flanges should conform to IS: 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS 1364 including cost of gasket sheet nuts & bolts. The thickness of gasket sheet not less then 3.00mm conforming to IS 2712-1998. The work shall be done to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing circumferential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding to MSERW/GI pipe, welded in requisite number of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes conforming to IS 814-1991, at site of work complete in all respects, including manual/mechanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, jointing and testing in trenches of mild steel electrically resistance welded steel flanged pipes (Zinc Coated) of HP Govt.approved make with 5 % flanged joints and remaining 95% with butt welding including cost of bends complete conforming to ISO:IS:3183-2007 as per dimensions weight and test pressure mentioned below in a random length of 4m- 7m, The M.S. flanges are to be provided 10% of total joints as per table below conforming to IS: 6392-1971 (latest upto date amendments) and welding of flanges with pipes as per IS: 816-1965 with a electrode as per IS: 814-1967 including required Nos. and size of M.S. nut and bolts as per IS: 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fiber jointing gaskets sheet not less than 3mm thick as per IS: 2712-1965. The welding of flanges to be done on two layers on outer face and one layers on inner face to make the joints leak proof and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The laying of pipes should be conformed to IS: 5822-1994 (earth work in trenches, MS flanges and butt welded joint to be measured and paid seprately) The pipe shall have zinc coating as per IS:4736 latest with upto date ammendments with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing, laying, jointing (by way of circumfrential butt welded joints in three layers by electrical ard welding) and testing galvanised mild steel plain ended pipe of following dia meters confirming to IS:1239 -1990(Part-I) with latest up to date ammendments, steel grade specified below (latest with upto date ammendments) having wall thickness as specified below with bevelled ends and capableof withstanding required test pressure in random length 4 to 7 meters,including manufacturing reducers/tapers all short pieces,bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The laying of pipe shall include all operation such as cutting,welding, jointing fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. the fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanised ( zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevant IS standards and the damaged portion of the pipes and specials made form the parent tube shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bitumenous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-2015. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 817-2004 of Advani Oerlion/L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flusing,cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts.
