Excavation in foundation trenches etc in earth work lift up to 1.5 mtrs stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters away from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required in to plinth and sides of foundations, consolidating each deposited layers by raming watering and than deposong of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 mtrs in :- Pick work 20% jumper work 30% chiselling work ( hard rock) 25% & Chiselling in soft rock 25%. and neatly dressed complete with in all lead and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Laying jointing and testing in trenches ISI marked centrifugally cast (spun) Ductile iron pressure pipes for water , gas and sewage with socket and spigot ends conforming to IS- 8329-2000 and latest with up to date ammendments in length of 5 to 6 mtrs class K7 suitable for push on joint ( rubber gastek D jointing) including short pieces collars with cement mortar lining in side the pipes with outside zinc coating as per IS-8329-2000 ( Eath work in trenches to be measured and paid separately).

Prov Tyton (Push on joints) to dictile iron pipes and fittings including testing of joints and cost of tyton rubber ring (SBR) quality) conforming to IS: 12820-1989 latest with update ammendments.

Providing Tyton Y junction for dictile iron pipes and fittings including testing of joints to IS: 12820-1989 latest with update ammendments.

Providing Tyton Plug for dictile iron pipes and fittings including testing of joints to IS: 12820-1989 latest with update ammendments.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:4sand:8graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work including all leads and lifts: a) Foundation and Plinth.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement 1.5 sand 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work and reinforcement concrete work in :

Foundation and footing

Walls ( any thickness but not less than 0.1 mtr. Thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two levels

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in :-

Foundation and plinth

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surfaces such as Walls ( any thickness but attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. and the like complete in all leads and lifts.

Flat surface such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like: Floors etc. up to 200mm in thickness within all leads and lifts

Providng ,Laying /Placing Mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC. Work including binding bending and placing in position complete up to all floor level. a) Tor steel

Providing & fixing (SFRC) manhole cover (extra heavy duty circular) 560 mm dia with frame ( 560 to 600 mm) M- 17010013 ( EHD) in all lead and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
