Replacement of Gaskets of 40MVA Transformer-I (ABB make) and other associated works at 220KV Substation Dohna under E.T.D.-II Bareilly along with other associated Works under E.T.D. Budaun with all Cost of Men, Materials, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications and Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below :

To and Fro Carriage of 20KL Oil Storage Tank between designated Primary 400KV / 220KV / 132KV Sub Station in Bareilly (within 30 Km distance) and 220KV S/S Dohna including its loading and its unloading at each Sub Station..

Removal of Jumpers of LV side of the Transformer. The Scope of Work involves Opening of Bolts & Nuts and Removal of Jumpers, Bushing Clamps etc

Partial Draining of Transformer Oil (approx. 10 KL) from the Transformer into Empty Oil Storage Tank to make transformer oil up to required level.

Partly Dismantling of the Transformer. By removing Radiators, Bushings, Cooling Fans, than Stacking of all the Dismantled Parts at Proper Place alongwith other associated Works

Replacement of old Gaskets from different Parts of the Transformer as per Details below. The Scope of Work involves Removal of Gaskets, Cleaning of Surfaces, Fabrication of Gaskets of Appropriate Sizes out of Gaskets of Thickness 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 mm of Konica / Torborze / Nu-cork make and Fixing of Gaskets at Proper Place with Adhesive alongwith other associated Works :

(a) Gaskets of 33 KV Bushings

(b) Gaskets of 33 KV Bushings Top Seal

(c) Gasket of Neutral Bushing ( Top & Bottom )

(d) Radiator Gaskets

(e) Radiator Valves Gaskets

(f) Gaskets of Conservator Tank

Erection of the Transformer. The Scope of Work involves Refitting of all the Dismantled Parts of the Transformer such as Radiators, Bushings etc. The Work also involves Attending the Oil Leakage, if any, after Refilling of Transformer Oil.

Initial circulation of Drained oil in Oil Tank and Filling of Transformer Oil into Main Tank and Radiators from Oil Tanks by of after Execution of Gasket Replacement Work and Centrifuging of oil Taking the BDV Values of Oil and IR Values of the Transformer Bushings, Periodically (every 2 hrs.) till the Required Values are Achieved.

Jumpering of LV side Bushings of the Transformer. The Scope of Work involves Tightening of Bushing Clamps with Appropriate sizes Bolts & Nuts as per Required.
