S&F for Construction of Galvanised Mild steel Gazebo of size 12'x12' hexagonal shape as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Gazebo specifications:- (a) Railing Material - Mild steel of vertical Pipes-50mmx50mm X (2.5 to 3.0) mm thickness & supporting pipe-25mmx25mmx (2.5 to 3.0) mm thickness. (b) Gazebo height-Canopy center height-13' (c) Pillars-06 Nos of height-8.25' and shape of square pipe 100mm X 100 mm and thickness of (2.5-3) mm (d)Gazebo Roof of Fibre Reinforced Plastic sheet of thickness (6 to 8 mm) and of any approved colour and Roof Pipes 50mmX 50 mm X 2.5-3 mm and supporting pipe of 40mm X 40 mmX 2.5-3 mm. Note:- Cost for Foundation and Platform excludes in quoted rate but includes fixing of column posts to foundation base.

Excavating in post holes each n exc. 0.5 cum in soft/loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to distance n exc50m and making good surface.

M&L for plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate ,in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation in soft/loose soil n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out complete.

Removing surplus excavated material (spoil) to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

Moorum/red bajri, good earth filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller exc 8 tonne & not exc 12 tonne.

M&L for hard core of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing

M&L 18 to 20 mm thick granite (of any type and colour) tiles machine cut in floors/skirting/dado/cladding jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of granite shall be as approved by GE(I).

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge,such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations

M&L brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straright or corved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
