RequiredThe bidders who are desirous of participating in e-Tender shall register online as per procedure and also to upload the following documents in the website of apeprocurement
RequiredCertificates demonstrating experience for at least in any one year of the last three financial years as per Proforma (Annexure). Invoices shall be uploaded
RequiredRegistration of the firm
RequiredGST registration
RequiredPAN card and Income Tax returns for the last preceding 3 financial years
RequiredSelf-declaration certificate (Annexure-B)
RequiredDeclaration agreeing to abide all the terms and conditions of tender as per (Annexure-A)
Required20 samples shall be submitted at the time of tender and Annexure-C
RequiredSupply of the relevant commodity experience in proof of evidence of supplies made to the different organizations in each year of last three preceding financial years period (proof of clear invoices/ way bills showing experience should be uploaded)
RequiredSelf-Declaration letter to the extent that they have not been black listed in any of the organizations
RequiredThe Tenderer should upload E.M.D. paid through ONLINE
RequiredShall furnish the certificate showing that, the tenderer is an authorized manufacturer of the Bio Compostable Covers
RequiredThe tenders should submit the license/ registration certificate that the firm is enlisted by Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) to manufacture, marketing and selling of the compostable covers
RequiredShall furnish a valid analysis test report as per IS 17088-2008 / IS 17088-2012 / IS 17088-2021 by CIPET as per guidelines of CPCB taken at the time of establishment of the firm
RequiredShall enclose the Latest Test report from any NABL accredited Lab ( reports shall be taken within 2 months prior to the date of publication of tender) confirming to TTD intended specifications meeting the following tests (failing which, will be summarily rejected). Physical parameters as per TTD specifications (as mentioned in above table), FTIR/DSC tests, Solubility in dichloromethane
RequiredShall enclose the Latest Test report from any NABL accredited Lab ( reports shall be taken within 2 months prior to the date of publication of tender) confirming to TTD intended specifications meeting the following tests (failing which, will be summarily rejected). Film shall be converted into ashes upon burning (Burning test), Migration test as per IS-10146/ IS 9845
RequiredThe Lab Reports older than 2 months from the date of tender publication will not be accepted
RequiredAnnual turnover statement (more than Rs.2.00 crore) in any one year of the last three preceding financial years to be furnished to be certified by charted accountant
RequiredThe entire document of NIT should be signed by the authorized representative of the firm and the same should be submitted to online
RequiredThe tenderer should furnish documents (invoices / e-way bills) for the past experience of supplying of 10 Lakh Nos / 15,000 kgs of the similar product of Bio Compostable products (any size) to different organizations in any one year of the last 3(three) financial years
