Providing, fittings & fixing of AI doors with amodissed Ai door section of 9202 as vertical member, 9201 as Top member and 9200 as bottom & meddle member with 12mm thick prelaminated Nova pan Board fixed in Door frame with frame Section No. 9221 and tapered clip No. 1660 And the frame to be completed by means of Jointing Angle No. 1855 including all cost of labour & materials :

S/F/F of stainless steel of 304 grade hand railing using 50mm dia 2mm thick circular pipe with bracing 32mm dia 2mm thick in 3 rows as per approved design (2' 6'' Ht.) step Railiing with Newel post & Balustrade :

S/F/F of window (sliding type) made up Alluminium section 9778 as window frame, section No. 4095, 4096 & 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement all fittings cost of glass complete smooth :

Cement painting 2 coats over a coat of cement wash interior & exterior walls of approved shade :

Over head tank of 1000 lters capacity with installation of sintex tank or any approved make including connection/ supporting structure etc. complete as directed by Engineer in-Charge.

Water supply to all floors with PVC pipe 1", 3/4, 1/2 as required for the work concealed with all aproved make pipe fittings from Bore well to OH tank and all distribution to 3 toilets, 4 basins, testing lab etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge. (TOTAL WORK)

S/F/F of IWC/YWC pan 21" of Perryware / Cera make with sewerage line connections PVC trap, junction, Vent pipe connected to septic tank & required nos of main hole I/C of appropriate size complete as directed by Engineer in charge. (TOTAL WORK)

R.C.C septic tank of liquid capacity of 8000 ltrs & Soak pit of 5'0'' dia x 6'0'' deptch and filling up with brick Khoa with all required connections for e ffective sewerage system complete as directed by Engineer in charge. (TOTAL WORK)

Concealed Electrical wiring to main submain distribution line with running earth and PVC conduct pipe of required dia (approved make) to all points in all floors, wiring with seathed copper wire (Finolex/ Havells/ V-guard) of required gauge with all switches, sockets, Angle holder of Cona/ Havells make, 6 nos AC points 12 nos of ceiling Fans (Usha/CG/ Havells) 16 nos of Tublight fittings with tube (Phlips), 15 nos 20 watt CFL bulbs, 15 AMP power pluck 5 nos, 5 AMP five pin pluck points 15 nos with Earthing point-2 nos, control panel of Havells make including main switch complete for internal electrification of the unit including supply of 12 mm service wire of required length complete as directed by Engineer in charge.
