Supply of Architectural, Structural Drawing & Design and preparation of BOQ estimates and rate analysis for “PROVN OF ALL WEATHER GROUND RUN POINT AT AF STN GORAKHPUR ” BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK Bldg comprises the following :- (a) Plinth area (Sound proof Crew Room) - 67.20 sqm, (b) Height of bldg from FFL - 3.60mtr, (c) Plinth ht of bldg from existing dispersal - 0.45mtr, (d) Seismic zone & SBC - Zone (IV), SBC-8 T/M2 (Tentative) BRIEF SPECIFICATION (a) Foundation - Suitable for high sound more than 150db, (b) RCC framed structure with RCC roof slab (RCC design mix suitable for high sound more than 150db), reinforcement shall be TMT Fe 500D. (c) Brick wall shall be 230mm, cavity wall shall be 115mm with of gap 55mm from main wall with proper barrier for sound proofing capacity more than 150db. (d) Water proofing treatment APP roof treatment., (e) Plastering: Internal- 15mm thk in CM 1:6 and External 15mm thk in CM 1:4., (f) Soil bearing capacity -8 T/M2 (tentative). Same to be reconfirmed from soil investigation report or soil data provided by GE. (g) Flooring& skirting: (i) Coloured Creamic tiling of size 450x450mm. (h) Joinery: Door & windows –Glazed sound proof swing door and fixed glazing windows on three sides of the building for clear monitoring of ground run activities of aircrafts with soundproofing more than 150 db. (j) False ceiling shall be provide for Air conditioning purpose., (k) Finishes external: Cement base paint., Internal: OBD with primer. (k) Plinth protection: 750mm wide 75mm thk PCC 1:3:6 over 100mm thk hard core. STRUCTURAL ASPECT Provision of supply of structural design drawing with sound Engineering practice in Auto CAD with latest Indian Standards IS 456, IS 800, IS 816, IS 875, IS 1893, IS 2062 IS 4326, IS 13920 etc, including design calculations folders alongwith STAAD output file (hard and soft copy) and one set of original tracing hard copy (A1 size) on ‘Gateway’ brand tracing paper alongwith a soft copy of drawing. The design prepared by one designer shall be checked by another designer and both the persons shall sign in the design calculation and drawings. The drawings will be got vetted by IIT/NIT/Govt Engg College only and duly countersigned before submission to department. NOTE : (i) Any amendment required during tender presentation and on later date during execution shall be made by the consultant and requisite copies of the amended sheets shall be submitted and free of cost alongwith clarifications, if any ,during complete execution till completion of the project. (ii) Preparation & developing of Preliminary /Final Architectural Design & Drawings (Line Plan, Elevation & Sections) based on Plinth Area and the same shall be submitted to this office for the approval by this HQ. (iii) After the approval of the plan, the consultant will Prepare and submit structural designs and drawings in Auto- CAD for the above mentioned buildings as per sound Architectural practices (Confirming basic Code, provisions and other bldg bye laws as per NBC) and as per area & other details mentioned in the Adm approval/as directed by DCWE B/R of HQ CWE (AF) Bamrauli. (iv) After approval of the structural drawings, the consultant shall submit the detailed estimates BOQ duly priced on SSR 2010, yard stick in requisite format and market rate analysis. (v) This is a special building used as crew room and operational room to be construct adjacent with aircraft shelter. The sound levels will be very high (more than 150 db). Sound proofing methodologies to be kept in mind while desiging the building (including structural & asoustic design) to bring it down levels as accepted by Airforce authorities and decided by GE. (vi) Terms and conditions of the agreement are given in Appx 'A'.
