PART I Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling inluding cement mortar bedding (but not backing), stacking serviceable tiles at site and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm internal dia drain pipes (PVC, cast iron, Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including removal and deositing of debris to outside MD land complete all as directed.

All as per item No.3 here-in-above but 200 mm bore pipe.

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep & geeting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cu. m, getting out in soft/ loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance exceeding 500 m and making good surface.

Excavation in trenches and not exe. 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of drain, man hole, stay etc. not exe. 10 Sq. m on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil.

Excavation in trenches and exc 1.5 m and but not exceeding 3 m depth for foundation of drain, man hole, etc. not exe. 10 Sq. m on plan and getting out in hard / dense soil.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed .at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate as in cast in situ in cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates including necessary form work , weathering slightly rounded, chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast Reinforced cement concrete M-30 Design Mix ( 20 mm aggregate stone aggregate) as in cover slab to Man holes set and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.)

M&L factory made pre cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finishing drain or channel 15 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitered stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

All same per item No 20 here-in-above but 20 cm inner girth in cement concrete -do-

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.4923 grade St.-310 complete.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fatening and heavy brackets framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel, flat section or ERW) including distance pieces, cleats, etc. IS 1161 Grade 1161

S&F plates any thickness (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes and fixed by welding as required in stairs , cable duct cover etc as instructed complet all as directed.as directed . steel conforming toFe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality 'A'.

S&F mild steel screw bolts of 11-15 mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm long complete all as specified.

S&F pre-painted galvalume (zincalume) aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to walls fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S & F 10 mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending , hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished the surface fair and even complete all as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in sub base, floors, pavings etc. finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M & L non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all directed and specified.

M&L glazed ceramic designer tiles any shade or pattern as approved of size 600x300x7 mm thick, on verticals surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry including 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all directed. (Note for item No 30 & 31 : i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved before incorporation in the work)

M&L Machine pressed coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300x300x25 mm thick (confirming to IS: 13801-1993 and shall contain ISI mark) machine pressed with grey cement and pigments, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with coloured cement to match the shade and laying on 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.(Note : i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved before incorporation in the work)

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instruction , and finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L Two coats of 1st quality synthetic enemal paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer over any description of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth including necessary preparation of new steel surface complete all as directed.

M&L for concrete bed in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregrate to 150 mm bore SWG/ Hume pipe including packing and haunching completely surrondings of the pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

All same as per item No 35 here-in-above but 200 mm bore pipe -do- (Note for item No 35 & 36) :- SWG & Hume pipe measured and paid seperately.)

M&L for 150 mm dia salt glazed stone ware drain pipes (ISI Marked) laid to slope in trenches over PCC bed & jointed in cement mortar 1:3 and tested on completion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipe 150mm bore Class NP2 (ISI Marked ) alongwith collar laid to slope in trenches over PCC bed & jointed in cement mortar 1:3 and tested on completion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous china squatting pan "Orissa pattern" long pan of size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rest but (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including trap, trap connection including setting the trap and pan in lime concrete (1 lime 2 sand or surki as ordered and 5 aggregrate), min. 150 mm thick alround and finished just below level of rim of pan to floor finish complete all as directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern) European type, including trap white complete including plastic water closet seat cover (Black) closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plate or aluminium hinging device and 32mm dia PVC flush pipe high or low density suitable for low / high level cistern connected from flush out let to WC flushing in let. (Flushing cistern high / low measured and paid seperately).

S&F 100 mm bore spun pipe, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors in repars complete all as directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manhole for connecting 150 mm bore (internal dia ) new drain pipe, making good to pipe and rendering, cuttingout existing benching for forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregrate, smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.56 here-in-above but 200 mm bore pipe.

PART II Removing Shrubs, vegetation, roots etc., from External wall surfaces, by dismantling Brick work, RCC or taking down plastering as the case may be, including dismantling SWR pipes, OH PVC service tanks etc., and refixing the same in orginal position and making good the surface dismantled all as specified and directed by EIC. (Area to be dismantled exc 1 SM and not Exc 3 SM)

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing rubbish off the premises to a distance exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 m complete.

M&L for Rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surface mixed with WPC @ the weight of minimum 2% by weight of cement mixed or as per manufacturer instruction, and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling surfaces of roof projection/ chajjas working height upto 9 mtr including provn of necessary scaffolding, safety belts etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of working upto 9 mts heigh, necessary scaffolding, safety belt etc shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.)

M&L for preperation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preperation of old surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked) of Make: CICO, Acco Proof, Impermo, Aqua flex as approved.

Cutting, Chipping and removing all damaged and debonded concrete and plaster from the RCC members of the bldg., manually or mechanically, so as to expose the corroded reinforcement bars including the rent of tools, scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical means (any no of layers), Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces of wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for proving 1 mm thick wall care putty on prepared surface of walls/ ceilng applied as per manufacturers instructions & to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.complete all as directed.

M&L for application of one coat of primer with sealant properties using "Seal-O-Prime" or "weather coat exterior primer" (berger make or equivalent in other makes) complete and allowed to dry overnight to receive first coat of emulsion paint over 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for application of first coat of Exterior emulsion paint on primed wall surfaces using rollers made from foam or synthetic fibre, to get a smooth and tint free surface, all as specified and allowed to dry for at least 8 hrs/ overnight to receive second coat of emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for application of second coat of Exterior emulsion paint on wall surfaces using rollers made from foam or synthetic fibres, to get smooth and tint free surface, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and application of rust remover/ converter (rebaklense RR of M/S fosroc chemicals India ltd or Amandur (Manufactured by GK technocom) over the corroded reinforcement bar where ever micro concreting is required and cleaning the same after application incl cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding, cost of brushes etc. complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Supply and application of Nitozinc Primer (Manufactured by M/S fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) over the exposed steel reinforcement after removing the rust scales from the exposed reinforcement rods in one SM area including the cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding, cost of paint complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Supplying and application of nitobond EP (Manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals India Ltd) epoxy bonding agent over the old concrete surfaces including the cost all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding, cost of paint, brush etc. complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Provinding additional reinforcement bars in place of more than 1/3 corroded reinforcement bars incl the charges for cutting, bending, placing and fixing in position, using Lok-fix (Manufactured by M/S Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) including the cost of all materials, labour, cost of steel bars and scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Supply and provisioning Renderoc RG (manufactured by M/S Fosroc chemicals India Ltd) to an average thickness of 70 mm for beam and Cloumn, fluid micro concrete shall be mixed with 6mm down coarse aggregate and specoified quantity of water and mixed using a power operated slow speed stirrer and pouring inside the form work including the cost of all materials, rent for tools, scaffolding, form work and labour charges complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Supplying and Providing of shear connectors of 8 mm dia inside 12mm dia holes at 50 mm deep @ 500 mm c/c after cleaning the holes to remove the dust particles and fixing the shear connectors using Likfix 'S' manufactured by MS fosroc Chemcials Indfia Ltd) polyster resin anchor grout, including the cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding and labour charges complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M & L for treating holes, cracks etc., up to 5mm making "V' groove using patti blades and filling the cracks with ready to use crack fillers and allowed to dry, complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M & L for treating holes, cracks etc., more than 5mm upto 10 mm, by making "V" groove using patti blades and filling the cracks with cement and sand aggregate mixture developed with polymers like Home shield crack fill paste, Home shiels advance latex plus and home shield cement mix plus (Berger make or equivalent) and allowed to dry, complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M & L for treating holes, cracks etc., more than than 10 mm and upto 40mm and filling the cracks by using flexible, 2 pack, poly sulphide sealants like Berger home shiels Joint seal GG/PG (Berger make or equivalent) and allowed to dry, complete all as specified and directed by EIC
