Providing and fixing of 6 mm thick Saint Gobain PICTUREIT / FG GLASS DIGITECTURE make or approved equivalent glass with digital printing(1440 dpi) on the surface in the approved pattern in required sizes as per the architectural drawings and as per the approved shop drawings. The material applied on glass (Ceramic Ink) must insure that the final product is not containing heavy metals: Limits (% in weight) are: Hg(Mercury), Pb(Lead) and Cr(Chromium)<0.1%, Cd(Cadmium)<0.01%. The glass shall be toughened and heatsoaked as per EN14179 . Maximum Glass size: 4300 X 2300mm . fixing shall be done with SGG PLAINCLIP(J/J1/I type) or approved equivalent make with 12 mm thick water proof marine plywood over existing wall as per manufacturer specifications all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.
