Dismantling of iron fencing post or strut embedded in concrete or brick masonry wall, any section including taking out embedded portion and making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in copings, bed block for embedding hold fasts, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of mild steel work in hand rail, half round or other stock section or core for fixing of wooden hand rails, bluster, running bars, nosing of steps, wind ties, post and struts for fencing, flat iron fillets and the like including necessary cutting, drilling holes, notching etc. as required conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel galvanised chain link fencing, any size or type including provision of straining bolts, binding wire etc. and fixing to any type of standards, rails etc. with and including taking down old unserviceable chain link fencing any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 10 mm dia mild steel round bar as in line wire of chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exc. 5 cm and diameter of the neck of bolt exc. 5 cm but not exc. 10 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, straining bolts at ends, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly-ash old size bricks having designation 75 conforming to IS-12894 (2002), straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 10.00 hereinbefore but except bricks complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - Old Bricks any type obtained from demolition shall be used under this item.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs concertina coil 600 mm to 800 mm dia as ordered at site (in stretched posotion) hot dip galvanised steel wire coated with CLR anti-corrosive paint, making in diamond shape with the help of dove tail clips (18 SWG) and fixed to angle iron complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work any description and fixed in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of mild steel framed work such as framed door hung as gates including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
