With 10.00 mtr stagging height from ground level to bottom of dome slab comprising of inlet scour & over flow pipes as per details given below from ground level to tank including bends of required degree confirming to relevants code RCC stair case i/c G.I pipe railing 45cms wide of usual height as per site requirement, SFRC/MS manhole cover of 500mm dia and weight of frame and cover should not be less than 40KG, ventilator at top dome with minimum opening of 45x450 cms water level indicator including flots and measuring gauge, lightening conductor with earthing arrangement etc. The RCC over head reservoir shall include randering/plastering of the uneven exposed surface, two coats of snowcem paint and any other component required for the completion of the job to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-Charge. The offers shall also include details structural drawing/ design calculations to be approved by the competent authority based on the raft foundation by taking seismic forces in the design calculation expension joints as required at site. The offer shall also include the cost of providing and fixing of GMS/MS pipe, fitting complete including duck foot bends, puddle collars, expansion joints etc connecting with rising main & distribution main with required length from the edge of foundation and any other component required for the completion of job upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 mts.stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation & returning the stacked soil in 15 cm.layers, when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each depositrd layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20 meters complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetre thick welded with angle iron in frame 30*30*5 milimetre so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens ballies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 metre and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in- a) Foundation,footings bases of column and the like mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement :3 sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40 milimetre nominal size)with 15% plum and curing completed excluding the cost of form work in retaining walls/breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150 milimetre to 300 milimetre as per HPPWD specification within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth & super structure in cement mortar 1:4( 1Cement, 4 Sand ) of 2nd class bricks complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts.

20 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of bricks for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 milimetre in girth and finished even and smooth complete in all respect including all leads and lifts in cement mortar 1:3.

Pumping Machinery a/w allied accessories. "Supply and installation of Mono submersible pumping set of KSB/Calama/SU/Johnston make comprising to latest relevant BIS code . The pump should be fitted with bronze impellers of suitable alloys as per IS : 8034-1976 latest suitable for clear water having greased packed bearing and shaft with wound stator on motor side and with soft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor (water proof type) of required HP, RPM 2900/1450 rpm of reputed make confirming to BIS 9238-1979 latest with up to date amendments, totally dust and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and grease packed lubricated bearing and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear and tear. it should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. the power of electric motor should be at lates 10% in excess of minimum power required by the pump in the operation range (+) 10 % and (-) 25 % of duty point head. the motor should be as per IS : 325-1978 with up to date amendments. the pump set should include erection, clamps, cable clips etc. and suitable for operation on data as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. i) Head:- 25 Mtr ii) Discharge :- 3.50 LPS iii) Dia of Rising:- 50 mm. iv) Length of Rising L:- 90 RMT

Providing and installation of complete panel board suitable for mono submersible pumping machinery including main Switches 100 Amp. 2 Nos L&T make MCCB standard make, Three Phase Indicating Lamps, Bus Bar Chamber, Copper Strip, Volt meter, Ampere Meter 2 Nos with Ctrs.A.e make Frequency Meter, MEI make Star Delta Starter complete in all respect.

Supply of PVC joint less flat water proof cable of 2.50 Sq.mm as per BIS 694-1998 (latest with up to date amendments) suitable for the pump sets offered from OCB to motor including all other electrical equipments / accessories such as thimble , flexible pipe , isolator , nuts and bolts , cable glands , clips etc. , laid in pipes or trenches under floor. The type , size and make shall be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities.

Providing lowering of GMS column pipe assembly of 50 mm dia with up to date amendments the col. Pipe should be extended up to 5.00 mtrs beyond the outer wall of the pump house in the direction of rising main . The col. pipe should properly jointed with the rising main including all necessary accessories like increaser /reducer /flanges , bends , etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge with all leads and lifts.
