Taking out faulty 1100 volt grade LT underground cable of different sizes up to 300 sq mm 3.5 core/4 core after carrying out excavation, removing out bricks / covers of any size, relaying in same trenches or rerouting after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new bricks as required complete all as specified and directed. Note:- i) Material and labour for laying new LT cable replacing fault portion and joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BoQ. ii) Retrieved serviceable bricks/PCC cover shall be laid in trenches for cable protection. If any extra bricks and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of the schedule. iii) Earth work and excavation will be measured and paid separately under respective items of the schedule.

Disconnecting and removing the Brass nut and bolt connected to the copper earth conductors and Supply and fix copper nut bolts and washers of size 5/6" to the copper earth conductors including drilling/welding to adequate size to fix the holes as required to fix the bolts complete
Connecting the broken copper strip of earth electrodes with brass brazing including necessary materials required to complete the job for one continue length. Note : Materials such as Gas and Brass rods etc required for brazing deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate.
Material and Labour for porcelain vitreous insulator to accommodate earth continuity conductor of size 25 to 32mm along with fixing materials complete all as directed.
Material and Labour for laying Copper sulphate for strengthening of existing earthing's complete all as specified and directed.
Material and Labour for laying commercial/ sea salt in layers for strengthening of existing earthing's all as specified and directed.
Supply and Lay GI pipe light grade 50 mm dia including all fittings in trenches including taking down corroded pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately.
Supply and fix GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia including on walls and ceilings or laid on floors with all fittings for GI strip protection including taking down corroded one complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fix GI pipe light grade 15 mm dia including on walls and ceilings or laid on floors with all fittings for GI Wire protection including taking down corroded one complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Returning, filling in excavated soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.
Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.
Supply and fix in repairs, bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down for iron pipe of size 15 mm bore complete all as specified & as directed.
Supply and Fixing in repairs double layered Rotational moulded polyethene water storage tanks 500 lit capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part-I including dismantling of existing water tank, including 20mm Ball Valves, 20mm Tank nipple, complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and Fixing in repairs 25mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and Labour for Cutting existing pipe line and inserting of 25mm steel tubing complete.
Supply and fix in repairs, ball brass valve of size 25mm, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe.
Material and Labour for air termination, single pointed copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long with fixing arrangement, porcelain saddles / insulators, fixing screws etc. including taking down unserviceable air termination rods, complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for maintenance of the copper earthing of any type and size at scattered area by pouring water at required intervals and adding salt solution on required intervals to maintain earth resistance within permissible limit taking reference with concern section up to contract period completion, submitting individual earth resistance & E-N values of eqpt results twice in contract period, carrying out earth test resistance of individual earth along with E-N values of connected eqpt as and when demanded by MES with in 48 hours subject to rectifying the defects in all respects up to obtain the permissible values all as specified and directed.
All as per Serial Item No 121, here-in-before but, GI earthing lead/strip of any type and size all as directed.
