Material and Labour for removing connections of faulty cable from both ends of LT termination from panel/transformer after meggaring and finding the spot of the cable faulty position using any mechanism like cable fault locator or manually, removing the damaged cable from trench, jointing the cable to serviceable condition after checking meggar values all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - i) Earth work where required will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of the schedule. ii) Laying / relaying of cables will be measured and paid for separately under respective items. iii) Hire charges of instruments and Technician required for identifying the cable fault location shall only be included in the rate quoted under this item.

Supply and fix GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia including on walls and ceilings or laid on floors with all fittings for GI strip protection including taking down corroded one complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No 2 here-in-above, but GI pipe of Size 50mm dia/ bore.

Supply and Lay GI pipe light grade 80 mm dia including all fittings in trenches including taking down corroded one complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately.

Preparing old painted surfaces of LT panel size, scraping out the old paint surfaces of existing panel boards (1.0m,x1.0m to 2.0x1.5m of any width) and providing material and labour for applying spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of existing color for outdoor/indoor panel board, outer & inner side and complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge, including white washing to panel foundation/PCC base complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement single phase, digital voltmeter 0 - 500 Volts, with Class 1 accuracy as per IEC 62053-21 with LED display system

Supply and fix in replacement single phase, digital ammeter 0 - 500 Volts with Class 1 accuracy as per IEC 62053-21 with LED display system

Supply and fix in replacement neon indicating lamp (Red, Yellow, Blue)

Material and Labour for LT OH line jumpers / connectors / taps / sleeves and insulators of any type and size re-jumpering the same by supply and fixing suitable size of ACSR conductor as jumpers replacing serviceable insulators and testing the OH lines after repair/replacement and maintenance of jumper, including taking down unserviceable jumpers, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Jumpers set of two to Six to be replaced in one job at one pole point including in this item. Insulators shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of the schedule.

Taking out faulty 1100 volt grade LT underground cable of different sizes up to 300 sq mm 3.5 core/4 core after carrying out excavation, removing out bricks / covers of any size, relaying in same trenches or rerouting after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new bricks as required complete all as specified and directed. Note:- i) Material and labour for laying new LT cable replacing fault portion and joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BoQ. ii) Retrieved serviceable bricks/PCC cover shall be laid in trenches for cable protection. If any extra bricks and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of the schedule. iii) Earth work and excavation will be measured and paid separately under respective items of the schedule.

S&F PVC line separator suitable for 3 phase 4 wire and 02 wire of street light of LT line all as directed.

Supply and fix, self adhesive reflective radium stickers 75 mm wide around the street light poles 1.5 m above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, Straight through heat shrink type joint 1100 Volt complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 6 to 25 Sq mm 2 Core complete including taking down unserviceable joints all as specified.

Disconnecting of LT supply, opening cable box chamber from outdoor/indoor LT panel of any size not less than 1 x1 mtr (LxW), removing out burnt-out lugs from LT switch gears / MCCB / MCB of any capacity and size (incoming / outgoing switchgears up to 08 Nos), cleaning of bus bar and terminals with CTC solutions, insulating the bus bar by taping color codes and making connections complete with necessary lugs, nut, bolt, washers, thimbles and links of existing size, and refixing all switchgears connecting supply after carrying out repair / maintenance / servicing and welding the hinges/doors complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular poles up to 9mtr long including clamps, brackets, channel, cross arms, bracing support, pipe of support for cable and swan neck etc and painting with Aluminium paint to poles, and zebra painting at bottom up to 1.5 mtr from the PCC coping, white washing on coping after carrying out minor cement plaster repairs and writing pole No with specified paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Pole number shall be marked with paint over a base on pole surfaces.

Material and Labour for zebra painting to RCC poles at bottom up to 1.5 mtr above coping, white wash on coping and writing pole No with specified paint after carrying out minor cement plaster repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31, 9.0 meters long, complete with cast iron base plate, taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws including painting two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer, including taking down unserviceable pole complete all as specified , complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for Plain cement concrete of grade 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, roof, kerb or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, coping to pole including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for, Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of required size or gauge on LT/HT poles fixed on insulators and binding with & including binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix stay assembly complete with accessories as shown electrical plate No. 1 of SSR Part I for LT poles with 16 mm dia stay rod including excavation, PCC work and connected stay assembly accessories such as stay rod, insulator, clamps etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of cradles, hexagonal / rectangular, fabricated with Galvanised steel wire 3.15 mm or 4 mm dia for span 40-45 mtr between poles, cross wire of intervals of 1mtr duly binding for LT/HT guard wire and cradles of required size or span complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs of pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height,65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator 1100 Volts LT of size 100 mm high and 115 mm dia including galvanised mild steel straps of size 31x5 mm, washers, insulator bolts 14 mm dia, washers and nuts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white brown or green small size with overall dimensions 65x90 mm clearance of hole 16 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of galvanised stay wire with stay strand 7/4mm for 9 mtr hight poles duly replacing with loop insulator and sleeve, U clamp including nut, bolts and washers complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for cutting/trimming of branches of tree touching/approaching LT/HT over lines of various spans(having 40 to 45 mtr) up to 3 mtr width on each side using cutting equipment's hacksaw, axe, ladders, rope and safety measures etc including disposal of trimmed branches 100 mtr away inside the cantonment area and cleaning the area complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for re-stretching of loose LT/HT over head line, aluminium conductor, GI guard wires and credals etc complete at various location and different span of 2 to 7 conductors with the help of rope and pulley including provision of short length of conductors as jumpers and duly binding with existing insulators etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 1.5 sqmm 3 core, 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable, PVC insulated copper multistranded conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed for making connection of street light from FRP junction box/OH line to street lights complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable of size 2 core 10 sqmm nominal cross section in service connections of PVC insulated aluminium multi standard conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCCB TPN 350 Amps 415 Volts of breaking capacity 36 KA of 4 pole including taking down old unserviceable one and making necessary connections, all provisions for fixing in panel compartments as per existing using necessary links, lugs of suitable size and cleaning the terminals with CTC solutions complete all as specified and directed.

Demolishing unserviceable earthing chamber/pit, providing material and labour for maintenance free earthing using corrosion resistant earth electrode with copper coating not less than thickness of 250 microns, 17.20 mm dia, high tensile low carbon COPPER BONDED RODS WITH 99.9% with 25KA current discharge test (CPRI tested) of length 3.0m as per UL 467, with suitable compressive coupler planted at depth not less than 4.6m of bore 100mm below ground level and duly covered with low resistant superior conductive powdered non corrosive, highly hydrous earth enhancing material all as directed including connecting up to common copper bus bar grid using copper strip size 25 x 3 mm to achieve optimum low earth resistance on inspection/ testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and removing the unserviceable earth pit chamber and providing material and labour for RCC chamber of size 40cm x 40cm x 30 cm depth suitable for earth pit chamber made out of RCC (1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate and steel reinforcement bars @ 8 mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways along with necessary foundation and excavation all as specified as per SSR Part 1 all as to match the existing earthing pit as shown at site complete.

Disconnecting and removing the Brass nut and bolt connected to the copper earth conductors and Supply and fix copper nut bolts and washers of size 5/6" to the copper earth conductors including drilling/welding to adequate size to fix the holes as required to fix the bolts complete

Connecting the broken copper strip of earth electrodes with brass brazing including necessary materials required to complete the job for one continue length. Note : Materials such as Gas and Brass rods etc required for brazing deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate.

Material and Labour for porcelain vitreous insulator to accommodate earth continuity conductor of size 25 to 32mm along with fixing materials complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for laying Copper sulphate for strengthening of existing earthing's complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for laying commercial/ sea salt in layers for strengthening of existing earthing's all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs 25mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Cutting existing pipe line and inserting of 25mm steel tubing complete.

Supply and fix in repairs, ball brass valve of size 25mm, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe.

Material and Labour for air termination, single pointed copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long with fixing arrangement, porcelain saddles / insulators, fixing screws etc. including taking down unserviceable air termination rods, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for maintenance of the copper earthing of any type and size at scattered area by pouring water at required intervals and adding salt solution on required intervals to maintain earth resistance within permissible limit taking reference with concern section up to contract period completion, submitting individual earth resistance & E-N values of eqpt results twice in contract period, carrying out earth test resistance of individual earth along with E-N values of connected eqpt as and when demanded by MES with in 48 hours subject to rectifying the defects in all respects up to obtain the permissible values all as specified and directed.
