Procurement of Consultancy Services for Conservation Restoration and Beautification of complex and creation of Handicraft Museum in Urban Haat, Jaipur, including preparation of DPR for Conservation, Interior Design and planning for Handicraft Museum including new constructions, Exhibit/Display design, Landscaping, Horticulture Improvement, lighting & illumination system redesign, Design of Air conditioning system, Furniture design, improvements in Signages and Tourist facilities, addition of tourist attractions etc. in sync with accepted principles of intervention in Historical buildings, including preparation of detailed drawings, structural evaluation report, detailed estimates, tender documents etc. as per the Scope of Work mentioned in RFP Document. - Supervision of works awarded to the contractors from time to time till completion of the project as prescribed in the bidding document including providing working drawings as required, to ensure that work is done as per as per standards & approved DPR. *Note : 1) The total consultancy cost is not to exceed 2% of the project cost, with maximum limit of Rs 10.0 Lacs 2) Payment shall be made as per payment schedule mentioned in RFP Document. 3) Financial proposal is to be filled directly in the BOQ on the e-procurement website. This Format is enclosed merely for Reference purpose and NOT to be submitted with Technical Proposal, otherwise Bid shall be rejected.
