Provision of Catering Services on General Minor Unit situated at PF-1 (location-A) Before old FOB MB end, Amroha ('B' category) railway station of Moradabad Division earmarked for General category for a period of five years

For GMU at A1/A/B/C class stations the bidder must have minimum annual turnover of 3 times of Indicative License Fee in any one of the previous three financial years from catering business. The bidder would submit audited balance sheet and profit and loss account or Income Tax returns of previous three (3) financial years .i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.

For GMU at A1/A/B/C class stations the bidder must have profit or loss+accumulated reserves + share capital of minimum Rs. 3 lakh in the previous three financial years. The bidder is required to submit duly filled up form Tec-2 as per proforma prescribed under Annexure-A/4 of tender document.

The Bidder should be either an individual or sole-proprietor firm or a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 or a Partnership Firm registered under the Partnership Act, 1932. The bidder shall furnish self-attested copy of Government approved Identity Proof, such as AADHAAR CARD. Specify the Legal Status of the bidder: Company/Partnership Firm/Hindu Undivided Family/Individual/Sole Proprietor firm; In case of a HUF, the tender must be signed by the Karta. In case of Firm, registered under the Partnership Act., 1932; Please enclose details of partners along with certificate of registration, details of their business and partnership deed etc. duly attested by Notary In case of Company, Please enclose Memorandum and Articles of Association along with certificates of incorporation, and date of commencement of business

Experience of Catering business- For GMU at A1,A & B Category stations, the Bidder should have a minimum of three (3) years of catering business experience. The Bidder shall submit a copy of Articles of Association / Partnership Deed where catering / hospitality / food and beverage is covered under the Main Objects clause of the agreement.

The bidder shall carefully study and understand all the information provided in the bid document that includes scope of works, instructions to bidders, eligibility of bidders at Section A. Evaluation criteria, Annexure A/1 to A/B and Form Tech-1 & Form Tech-2 at Section B. It may be noted that Annexure A/7, the performance Bank Guarantee need to be submitted by the successful bidder only after issue of LOA.

The bidder shall submit an Affidavit on non-Judicial Stamp paper of Rs. 100/- as per proforma provided in Annexure A/8 of tender document
