Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulders/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, ashlar facing, dressed stonework, precast concrete artilcles and precast concrete block walling complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC/ interlocking tiles of any description any size in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Stone masonry walling or squared walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses using dressed same size Porbandar stone of superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

Stone masonry walling or squred walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses but except stone complete all as specified and directed. (Serviceable stones retrieved from item No. 3 will be reused).

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete or as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 60 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred / stopped ends complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, Benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, saucer drain(including finishing top surface of drain even and smooth without using extra cement), water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, and similar work including use & waste of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils) exc. 1.5 km and n. exc. 5 km depositing where directed at a level the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Hardcore of Broken stone or boulders of gauge n. exc 63mm, deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced concrete pipes 600mm bore of pipe, class NP3, laid in trenches and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of bituminous/RCC road and sub-base WBM (any thickness) for laying of RCC drain pipe of size 600mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes of any dia, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-cast RCC 1:1.5:3 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs, drain, manholes, septic tanks and set in cement mortar 1:4 including use & waste form work for even & smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately under relevant Item(s).

Mild steel CRS bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described for of any description complete all as specified.

Rolled mild steel Framed work (rolled mild steel Fe - 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality "A") as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete of size as directed by Engineer-in-Charge laid in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever directed complete all as specified.

60mm thickness, M-40 Grade Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of complete (with grey cement and pigment) over 50 mm thick sand coushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Sand filling under floors or foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing Integral Water proofing treatment (where ever required as directed by Engineer in charge) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately).

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof Acraylic based exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving in any position below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles (grey cement mixed with pigment) 20cmx20cmx25mm thick set over & including 20 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) with neat cement and pointed in grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified.

75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new concrete surfaces of wall and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paint plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 35mm thick precast cement concrete louvers and jallies type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.50mm graded aggregate (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Ready made ornamental Precast reinforced precast designer pillars (Size 100x100x900mm) made of cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 graded aggregate) having groove on two sides, for inserting louvers and jallies, set in cement mortar 1:4 on compound wall complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The design of pillar, shall be got approved before bulk procurement. The tenders are advised to visit office of Engineer-in-Charge for sample.

Dismanteling of posts or struts(Precast RCC) of any description embedded in natural ground/PCC including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out and soft / disintegrated rocks, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, including removing of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Portion of pole embedded in PCC shall be deducted for payment purpose all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fix PVC coated chain link fencing make 'NETLON' of standard quality 2mm dia galvanised wire with 1mm thick PVC coating 100x100mm size square/spacing fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS 10mm dia round bars as line wire for chain link fencing complete all as shown on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The fixing of MS bar is deemed to be included in rate of item No. 36 here-in-before.

Precast reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed, including formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, MS work confirming to Fe-410-O or Fe- 310-o as in MS flat iron fillets etc for securing chain link fencing including angle iron horn & necessary cutting drilling etc complete to any type of posts screwed in position with nuts, bolts & washers, etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only MS screw bolts (Machine made) length of bolt exc 5 cm but not exc 10 cm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, dia of shank 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The fixing of MS bar is deemed to be included in rate of Item No. 39 here-in-before.

M&L for Preparation of new steel of any surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete as specified and directed.

Galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking Down and Re-Fixing existing barbed Wire including restraining, resecuring and making good using new staples complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F bands, straps, hooks, heavy for large gates, hooks & pintle hinges, large hasp & staples, hand made sliding bolts, hold fasts and similar articles confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 fixed in repair / replacement complete all as specified & directed by Enineer-in-charge.

M&L for running welding in repairs of metal of thickness n exc 6mm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for welding in repairs n exc 2.5 cm in length of metal of thickness n exc 6mm complete al as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting or polycarbonate sheet, any gauge, thickness, in roof covering, cladding complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel, 1mm plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up mitred angles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work as in doors, gates but excluding framed structures complete all as specified.

Rolled mild steel Framed work (rolled mild steel Fe - 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality "A") as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel rolling shutters 1.00mm thick in laths, without ball bearing, as specified incl top cover. Anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one coat of primer erected in position as indicated complete but gear operated type with chain wheel and hand chain complete all as specified and as directed.
