Supply, installation, testing and commissioning silent diesel Engine driven generating set, fully wired alternator AC to give an output of 125 KVA/ 100 KW continuously rating at a PF of 0.8 lagging, 415 Volts AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz +/-1% supply, 1500 RPM, directly coupled with diesel engine specification complying BS 5514, ISO 3046, IS 1460, ISO 9001, ISO 8528 & IS 13018. DG Set shall be water cooled mounted on Channel section iron common base frame with AC Alternator complete with fuel tank provided within canopy on base frame (Service tank) of adequate capacity with fuel line and accessories, including PCC /RCC foundation work as per manufacturer instructions, vibration and damper pads (AVM), control panel with necessary meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB-IV norms and other accessories etc comprising of the following:-
(I) Engine :- (a) Diesel driven 4 cylinder, in-line 4 stroke, radiator cooled with blower fan engine and fully controlled by Electronic Engine control module. (b) Air handling system with dry type, Replaceable paper element air cleaner with restriction indicator & Air to air aftercooler (c) Turbocharger, electrical lift pump for faster response (d) Fuel injection pump system with electronic governing (e) Dual fuel filter system: Pre & main filter including water separator and Water in Fuel sensor. (f) Integral set-mounted radiator system, designed for 50°C ambient temperature (g) Full flow spin on lube oil filter with plate type lube oil cooler. (h) 1 No of 12 V, 105 AH DC lead acid batteries having 4 year warranty with terminals and spare cables. (j) Electrical starter motor with soft start engagement feature (k) Bty charging alternator , 12 V DC Self starter, Fuel pipe C Class STIC of suitable size. (l) Emergency stop button
(II) Alternator :- (a) Brushless Excitation type, Screen protected, Revolving field, Self excited alternator conforming to IS4722, IS 13364 Suitable rated at 0.8 PF, 415 V- 440 V, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz, at 1500 RPM, self excited and self regulated with AVR, screen protected, drip proof, suitable Insulation class, self ventilated for engine as mentioned here in before. (b) 3 Phase reconnectable copper winding with terminals brought out for connection (c) Sealed bearings for alternator (d) Having IP 23 Enclosure, H Class of insulation, voltage regulation ±1% (e) unbalance load capability :- 25 % of rated current.
(III) DG Control Panel :- (a) Control panel is made up of 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet and is powder coated for weather-proof consists of the following parts :- (b) Micro processor based DG Controller module system to set monitoring, metering and control system with LCD display such as the following parameters:- Control System : Digital AVR, Digital electronic governing & Remote start-stop Engine metering: Oil pressure, Coolant temperature, Battery voltage, Engine speed Alternator metering : Line to Line Voltage and Line to Neutral Voltage, Current (single and 3 phase), Volt-Amperes (phase and total) and Frequency. (c) Aluminum bus bars with suitable capacity with incoming/ outgoing terminals (d) Indicating lamps for ‘Load ON’ and ‘Set Running’ . (e) Instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled . (f) MCCB of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protections. (g) CT of suitable ratio-03 Nos (h) One set of instruments MCBs
Engine protection: Low lube oil pressure, High/Low coolant temperature, Over speed, Bty Over/Under/Weak Volts, Fail to crank/ start, Sensor failure. AC Alternator protection : Over/Under voltage, Over/ Under frequency, Over current, Short circuit and Loss of AC sensing. Data logging: Engine hours, Control hours, Engine starts and upto 10 recent fault codes, 12 /24 Volt DC operation Sleep mode.
(IV) Silencer :- Silencer suitably optimized to meet stringent noise emission standards laid down by MoEF / CPCB(IV) as per latest global pollution standard. Mounting Arrangement and Fuel tank :- Engine and alternator are mounted on a common MS fabricated base frame with AVM pads. Base frame with integral fuel tank having storage capacity not less than 8 hrs factory made HR/MS Sheet of suitable thickness is provided with drain plug, air vent, inlet and outlet connection, level indicator and provision for cleaning.
(V) Accoustic Enclosure :- (i) Designed to meet stringent MoEF/ CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1 Mtr at 75% load under free field conditions. (ii) The acoustic enclosure is made of CRCA sheets as per OEM shade and a structural/ sheet metal base frame painted in black. (iii) High quality noise absorbant and fire-retardant grade acoustic insulation material (PU Foam) complying to IS 8183 (iv) Two point / base lifting for easy handling at site (v) Air inlet louvers designed to operate at rated load (vi) UV resistant powder coating of all parts to withstand extreme environment (vii) Fluid drains for lube oil and fuel (viii) Fuel filling arrangement inside the enclosure (ix) Inside illumination - 01 No - LED fitting of 10 watt

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 metre wide and not exc 1.50 metre deep in soft/ loose soil for laying of pipe line and getting out complete all as specified and directed.
Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified & directed.
Removal of excavated soil surplus to the requirement to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.
Material & labour for sand cushioning with clean dry sand to cables with layer of sand 8 cm before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : For payment purpose punned thickness of 18 cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23 cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR part-I.
Material & Labour for providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other including taking out old brick cable cover complete all as specified and directed.
Material & Labour for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 120 Sqmm x 3.5 Core including taking out existing cable complete all as specified and directed.
All as per Ser item No 8.00 here in before but 70 Sqmm x 3.5 core.
Material & Labour for off load FP, 415 volt Changeover 200 amps capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling of old and unservicable chlorine system including pipe and valve etc complete all as specified and directed.
Material & labour for chlorinator full vaccum type of capacity 0-1000 gms per hr with accessories like vaccum ejector non return valve suitable for booster pump set alongwith pump set alongwth starter - 02 set each suitable tubing 8 mtrs chlorine solution line of size 15 to 25 mm, 24 mtr booster pump suction line 12 mtr with NRV gate/ball valve auto chlorine dosing system consist of one flow proportionate valve, one chlorine analyser with flow cell and sensor (B&C) with one lot of interconnective piping and wires, two nos of gas cylinders of 100 Kg capacity with test certificate with direct display of water parameter like PH value, Chlorine PPM, Temprature, conductivity and TDS on 22 inch LED with HMI etc and all other necessary connecting items complete as and when required at site and complete all as specified and directed.
Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 7840.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in PDF form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
