The prices of complete job as per the specifications above shall be inclusive of steel Items, 3 way intercom- press and speak, floorannunciator with music, fireman switch minor Civil Building works,Chipping, Lift licence, free service for one year, Scaffolding etc. All sundry fittings, assemblies, accessories, hardware items, foundation bolts, terminal lugs for electrical connections as required, and items which are useful and necessary for proper assembly and efficient working of various components shall be deemed to have been included in this job, whether such items are specifically mentioned in the tender documents or not.

Regular examination, lubrication and Adjustment of the equipment and planned maintenance in the systematic manner and replacement of parts as detailed below:-

(i) Renew all wires ropes and chain to maintain an adequate factor of safety, to equalie tension on all hoisting ropes, repair or replace conductor cables and hoist way and machine room elevator wiring.

(iii) Examine periodically all safety devices and governor and all customary safety test.

(iv) The firm will provide emergency minor adjustment all back services 24 hours as all working days as well as holidays/ Sunday. The firm will maintain the lift in reliable and efficient operating connections.
